I don't know. Are they two different people or is it some secret ally of the Governor's who did both the feeding and the burning?
With the burning, we have no idea if they had died and turned. From the scene in the cell, it looked like the pillow had an impact hole of some sort with blood around it (possibly from a bullet or stabbing). So if I am remembering it correctly it could well be that someone just went in and killed the two people because they were sick, but they weren't dead yet.

Maybe Breaking Bad spoiled me. I'm just not getting that edge of your seat stuff that BB delivered.
Unfortunately, if you are watching this expecting breaking bad you are in for a let down. You have to tone your expectations down greatly. You have to dismiss the annoying manufactured drama and horrible gun scenes. You have to just take it for what it is, a very well done zombie tv show. Not the GOAT.

the d'angelo guy has just had too many random little lines here and there not to be up to some shite. Plus there can't be 2 black dudes, so he's going to have to die soon.
This actually makes the most sense. You can't have two magical Negroes in the same show.
In case you are unaware of the term, here is a wikipedia article that summarizes the term "Magical Negro" and its use in modern culture.

Also, on that...it was hard to tell if they two people were murdered and dragged outside/burned, of if they had turned. At first, when I saw the blood on the pillow and the floor in the cell, I thought ole girl had turned (started coughing up blood and bleeding from her ears, nose, and mouth). But I guess it could also be that someone bludgeoned them to death as well. Guess we'll find out eventually.

Exactly.

I didn't realize it was an entire archetype, I thought it was just an Internet Meme tied to Lennie James.

Not if the person is a secret ally of the Governor's (or some other faction we are unaware of). Such a person would be trying various things to sow discord among the group. Having walkers tearing down the fence created external pressure. Having everyone looking at each other as being a possible murderer (if the burned bodies hadn't turned before being killed) creates extra internal pressure on top of what was created by the outbreak within D block.

And the MN from Jericho, actor Lennie James, actually played a MN character named Morgan in the Walking Dead.

I figured most were but I thought I would post the link just in case there were any new posters.
Thats very interesting. I had never heard of that. You learn something new every day.

Either way it was evident that they had caught the disease. Thus, whoever killed them did it for the better of the group I assume whether it was before they turned or after. Whoever fed the rats either was too dumb to realize the consequences (Lizzie) or was trying to sabotage the prison. Thats why I think it is clearly not the same person.

I don't think it's the same person either. But I don't think it's the little girl feeding the walkers.
Maybe it's because I just don't see a little girl as being capable of trapping and handling vermin like that.
I could see the council being involved in the killing and burning of flu people. Especially Carol and Herschel (oddly enough).

I think the girl is feeding them
and the burner is a separate person, but not necessarily a saboteur, just a person who took it upon themselves to contain the virus

I can't believe no one has mentioned what wasteful eaters these zombies are when it comes to their rat snacks. Didn't their moma zombies ever tell them to finish their meals?
Come to think of it, the zombie kid Patrick did the same thing with the guy he killed, thus causing him to become a zombie as well.
These zombies need to be taught not to waste their food.

You may well be right, but that just seems to easy to me.

One thing I dont get is, why do they bury the dead who turned inside the prison grounds. If I am growing food, animals, and such...why have the possibility of polluting the soil? Id bury them outside the walls, burn them, or drive them far from the prison.
