Somebody obviously isn’t a Your Mom’s House podcast fan.

What is freaking out going to do? Nothing. Might as well just let the ship run its course into the rocks.

You’re not wrong.
Keep in perspective that even our last two dumpster fire coaches both managed to win nattys.
I don’t disagree. I’m just saying that it could be a lot worse. Imagine this same situation but instead with Alleva at the helm.
Hahaha! I figured I would get this reaction from some of the knuckle dragging crowd. Might as well just sit back and embrace the suck for the rest of this season. It’s gonna get a whole lot worse before it gets a whole lot better. Geaux Tigers!

Everyone needs to calm down

I know that everyone is fired up after that shite performance last night and worried about the future of the football program. Cool your tits. Everyone needs to keep a few things in perspective.

1. We’ve been down this road before. If any fan base knows how to weather this storm, it’s LSU. From Nick Saban leaving to Jimbo being hired to not hired after Miles miraculously keeps his job to then being fired after the Auburn game (heh), we have been there done that and got the t-shirt.

2. LSU is one of the premier jobs in college football. We are the only school in the SEC to have won a natty with our two last head coaches (both of who may be borderline r-worded).

3. Alleva is gone. This scenario currently unfolding is exactly why Scott Woodward was hired. With Scott Woodward, you aren’t limited to hiring some up and comer at a mid major that is the new hotness. Woodward has shown that he has the cajones to go out and get his guy. He got Peterson to leave Boise and go to UW which resulted in their only CFB playoff appearance. Since he’s been at LSU, he’s made a seemingly impossible hire for women’s basketball with Kim Mulkey and a surprise but potentially great hire with Jay Johnson for baseball. I trust the guy. Plus, he is an alum and loves LSU.

Anyways, this is just my take but I for one am not worried. Weather the storm and trust it’s gonna be alright. Geaux Tigers!
But you get all the blooming onion coupons you can fit in your pockets at the Outback Bowl! Seems like a good deal.
What facts do you know old man? None. You don’t know anything more than any of the rest of us.
I was hoping he would say something too. I think it’s safe to say he won’t be calling anyone on the telephone.
He doesn’t need counsel if he’s a moron. Given everything that’s going on with wiretaps, federal subpoenas and the like you would be a complete idiot to not hire a lawyer.

You can f right off too along with Alleva and Alexander.

Alleva and Alexander are why we can’t have nice things at LSU. Alleva is objectively very bad at his job. The only good hire Alleva has made (other than Wade(jury still out on Orgeron)) is Beth Torina and he backdoored into that one when his first choice backed out and stayed at Alabama.
Think about it from Wade’s perspective. He is being tried in the court of public opinion on unsubstantiated allegations while there is an upcoming criminal trial of which he is a subpoenaed witness. Anything he says to Alleva opens them up to also be subpoenaed as well. He acted on advice of counsel and as far as I’m concerned, that should be enough.

Can we burn an Alleva effigy

Before the game? Seriously, frick this guy and the horse he rode in on. F.King Alexander can go drink some Drano too for all I care. If we’re gonna burn it down let’s burn it ALL DOWN. Start at the very tip top and keep going.

Worse than that. Alleva effectively slandered an entire team of innocent kids and ruined their lives. frick that guy.
Every school Calipari has coached at has gone on probation after he left. Coincidence? I think not.
Since my other post got whacked, if anyone is interested in letting Dan Wolken of USAToday know how you feel about his story, his email address is dwolken@usatoday.com
These Fast and the Furious movies have really gone off the rails.
Alleva's emails weren't leaked. They were obtained in a public records request.
Except there was a right answer. South Carolina got it right two years in a row. It isn't like this was unprecedented and had never happened before. Hell, LSU played a "home" game in Tempe, Arizona in preparation for a hurricane ten years ago. There is already a playbook. Your AD and the spineless Sankey just refused to follow it. And now everybody is having to take a bite of this shite sandwich.

That's a nice looking gun. I haven't been impressed with Remington's QC in recent years. That is the only thing that worries me.

The 10mm is basically .40 magnum. The .40s&w is just a cut down 10mm. I know the 10mm has more stopping power which is why it is good for hunting small game and why the FBI abandoned it after developing it. I intend to hog hunt with it.

10mm handgun

Posted by LSUnowhas2 on 11/20/16 at 8:22 am
I want one. I don't have anything in 10mm. I've looked at the following:

Glock Model 40
Pros: 15 round capacity
Already set up for rmr sites
Price $750+/-
Is a Glock -- reliable workhorse
Cons: has a Glock trigger
No model variety
Is a Glock -- nothing new or exciting

Sig P220
Pros: fit and finish of Sig
Great trigger
More model choices
Cons: 8 round capacity
Price $1200 to $1400 depending on Model

Colt Delta Elite
Pros: built on tried and true 1911 platform
Less than Sig - $1100.00
Cons: 8 round capacity
No model variety

Anybody have any experience with any of these? If so, what do you like and not like? I recall someone on here having a Colt DE and using it for hog hunting but I can't recall the poster? Bapple maybe?

Tell that to the Czechs
The STG-44 was the first modern assault rifle. It fired a shortened 8mm Mauser cartridge in 8mm Kurz. The STG-44 was captured in great numbers by the Russians and was the starting point for the development of the AK-47. It was selective Fire with a 30 round detachable box magazine. It had a cyclic rate of fire that could compete with submachine guns like the MP40 and the Thompson but could fire accurately at mid range of 300 to 400 meters. It was NOT widely regarded as " a worthless piece of shite".
