Bill Cutting isn't the villain.

There's not one in that movie. I think that's kinda the point.

I’d say Nathan is more the villain in Ex Machina, it’s just Ava took her opportunity to escape which meant Caleb had to be sacrificed.

Nah. Joker is Anton Chighur totally unhinged. Chighur was a stone cold killer but he was slow and methodical but everlasting. Joker is just as everlasting with much more volume and intensity.

Fun list.

What constitutes a "top" villain? How diabolical they are? Their impact? How well-written they are? Sympathetic? I think the parameters here can shape the list drastically.
