There was briefly one called Jericho. Took place in western Kansas and they were trying to figure out what was happening. They knew there were mushroom clouds in Denver and Atlanta but little else.

I brought Jericho up not too long ago in a discussion. It was a great premise and story line.
I really wish Apple or NetFlix would take the story and do something with it.
As far as the OP question.

They should. I saw season 3 for the first time last year and it was amazing. A great send off for Lynch. Season 2 was a bit weak though.

OK, none of these are that mind bendy, but I liked them. Night Sky was cancelled before it could explain anything.
Edit: Ooh, almost forgot about:
Constellation (Noomi Rapace and Jonathan Banks)
Jonathan Banks was excellent in this confusing show.
