Was that Reilly from Letterkenny in the first 5 seconds?

It was and he’s the top reason I’m watching the show.

Having seen another trailer for it, I think this could be really good because it looks like it's going to take a total shite on youth sports specialization and parents who think little Jaxxson and Stryker is well on his way to being a pro.

At the end of MD3, wasn't Bombay back to being a hot shot lawyer?

Successful attorney, turned famous hockey coach, then a minor league stint, then back to successful lawyer.

Now he's a townie bum with a run down ice rink? Guess he got back on the sauce.

What’s he do? Invest in the wrong stocks and go belly under?

And just like that, we've written a better movie in the MD universe.

I think it has a chance. If they can avoid the temptation to throw a bunch of social justice issues in there like the SBTB mess, it should be a decent movie.

Looks good enough to give it a shot. It doesn't look cheesy / campy like D2 or D3, which I'm fine with. The original is by far the best, and if Emilio has a big role, this could be very good.

Any chance they bring back the "Oreo line"? LINK

e D2 didn't totally make the female teacher the head coach for a game

Maybe for a period and half. And she was just an adult because they had to have an adult. Everybody knows Captain Charlie Conway was the real coach of that team.

I’ll definitely give it a shot. If it is cobra kai nostalgic cheesy I’ll probably enjoy it. But if it’s typical Disney cheesy then probably not.

If I had to guess, he was successful enough that he retired early and bought Hans’ old skate shop in Minneapolis.

Looking back on the original, I kind of laugh how they cast Memphis-born Lane Smith, with his thick Southern drawl, as the head coach of a Minnesota hockey team.
