damn, Homelander's actor is amazing. He plays being a cocky psycho so well.

I did love A-Train's Kendall Jenner impression

I didn’t see anyone talking about black noir. Y’all think he is the current one or he got replaced?

I like to think it is a swap. I'm holding out hope that the current black noir aligns with the comics still.

His face is briefly shown in season 2 when Maeve force feeds him that chocolate bar with peanuts, and he's got serious facial scars. Seems like it's probably the same one based on that. Ep 3 of this season was backstory explaining the scars

ETA: The peanut allergy was also referenced in the flashback scene in Nicaragua before the attack, pretty sure it's the same guy.

I figured it was the same. Seemed like that one wasn't going to be doing any talking anytime soon so it matched up with his current character. He didn't want to wear the mask but now he's kind of has to and he can't talk.

Making Deep eat the octopus was one of the more jacked up scenes in the show so far. Man that was bad. I had to turn my head Not as bad as him riding a whale up on the beach and possibly going to be a hero only for Billy to run a boat straight through it's stomach bad, but still bad.

i think its the same guy. i wish it would have stayed aligned with the comic as that's a great story reveal for anyone who isnt familiar with it.

So I’m kind of wondering, if Starlight ever got sick of Homelander’s shite, could she use her powers to blind him or is that something that just couldn’t happen?

The eyes are still a vulnerable place for a lot of these comic characters. I remember in the Netflix show Luke Cage when he got shot with a bullet that put him down, they had to go in through his eyes to give him something to revive him. And even though these guys are invulnerable to a lot of things, as seen when Maeve gave Black Noir those nuts, their insides and circulatory systems are still vulnerable.

This just keeps getting better by the episode.

- No way Stan goes quietly in the night. He 100% has a backup plan.

- Vickie’s kid’s new powers are going to come into play with Homelander.

- Will be interesting to see where Solider Boy comes into play in all of this.

That might be one of the top episodes of the entire series. It had everything. Homelander is an amazing character and keeps getting better.
