Pretty much any scene that plays into the ongoing "Dennis is almost certainly a serial killer" unspoken joke that goes throughout the series. The "I have to have my tools!" scene is probably the king here.
Also pretty much any scene where either Dennis or Charlie lose their shite.

I think the scene where Dennis and Dee are stalking the waitress and Dee asks Dennis what they are going to do when they catch her is slightly better.

There's a great scene in the episode where the gang goes skiing in the Poconos where Charlie meets this hot Russian chick in the hot tub then had sex with here and his face throughout cracks me up and the end of the scene Charlie is playing a saxophone.

Dennis gets dissed by the hippies, then proceeds to infiltrate the group and tricks the guy into tying himself to a tree while he bangs his girlfriend.
Next day he comes back, unties the guy and tells the crew to proceed with the demolition with the icing on the cake "I banged your girlfriend".
