It was ok. I'll keep watching, but definitely wasn't super impressed or anything.

I’d agree—outrage is a little far. However, I think it’s a very fair observation to note that it is extremely stupid from a publicity standpoint to say this given the historical fanbase and issues the IP has experienced in recent years.

Honestly I got confused by the Daily Show clip.
I dont think the “gayest star wars show ever” interview did any favors. I think the show runner handled it better than her.
