Omni man isn’t even the most powerful of his species. In the comics it took 3 of them to blow up a planet.
Homelander didn’t exactly wipe the slate with 2 other sups (one is a newbie in Butcher)
Superman would easily win and I’m not even a Superman fan

Omni was written to have extremely similar power, speed, etc to Superman. But Superman is stronger. Omni does not have the heat vision or cold breathe, giving Supes the advantage.
However:
Supes is inherently good and fights like it. Omni has no such morals and would fight ruthlessly, and to kill.
Second, Omni has no weakness like Kryptonite. (Except the inner ear thing)
3rd, Omni does not rely on the sun for his powers.

Homelander is actually pretty weak compared to many Marvel and DC heroes and villains.

And let's not forget the warlord who threatened Lois Lane, that Superman turned into pink mist.
And to clarify- he was ABLE to snap a Kryptonian's neck, he didn't just try to.
So, matched up against another couple "supers"... yeah, he would maybe try to get them to surrender- for a minute or so. If/when it became apparent they wouldn't, he wouldn't waste time playing around. Too much collateral damage at risk, and the outcome would be the same.

That's a pretty good way to guarantee Superman won't hold back or be merciful. And given his super-senses (he can hear Lois anywhere on the planet), he'd be instantly aware of either of those guys, and then aware that they got some Kryptonite and were planning on using it.
Great way to get insta-killed by heat vision.
As for the others, Omni-Man would make quick work of Homelander. Homelander has heat vision but not at the level of Superman, but he's apparently exponentially lesser than Omni-Man in every other power rating. Omni-Man would tear his head off.

Superman is so OP he's almost problematic, from a storytelling standpoint.

Yep, it's why it's hard to tread any new ground with Superman. Superman is to me what One Punch Man is to himself, so over-powered it's boring.

Nothing to indicate Beast Gohan is the strongest especially against Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego. Also Frieza Black one shot both of them.
But to answer the OP, Supes waffle stomps both. Goku vs Superman would be much better although overplayed for sure

Superman’s obstacles are moral questions which is another reason modern filmmakers can’t write him correctly.
