Why? I think deep down he really cares about Shiv but she is such a piece of trash that he regrets it. That's why he's so passive aggressive.

I think he wants to rise for himself but above all to finally be "her equal" in regards to social standing. All in hopes that maybe she will love him back.

Yea I guess there’s a chance this is all some sort of a devious bait and switch by Madson. I can’t see what the angle would be and think the India numbers and one of his closest coworkers telling them so easily seems like such an obvious plant, but I guess there’s still a chance

I’m really confident, though, that I nailed it when I said they’re gonna expose Madson as just as much of a phony as the Roy kids. Kendall and Roman didn’t get punked by Madson. He’s not some outerwordly mastermind who is seeing the board ten chess moves ahead. He’s just as much of a phony as the other folks on this show, and they’re all in this fake grow or die corporate power fight

It wouldn’t fit if he was some genius who just pantsed the Roy’s. They’re all gonna go up in a flame of glory but not bc of anyone’s genius but their incompetence

Wow just watched the episode recap for first time and had no idea Tom and Shiv were English/British or whatever…mind blown.
