I'm not offended. I just thought it was boring. The characters from Rebels do not transfer to real life very well. Hera looks like a green hooker with all the make up. Sabine's character was just kind of meh.
I think they are trying way too hard pushing the strong woman thing and it does not come off very well imo.

I loved CW and Rebels but something feels off/wrong about this show so far. I like Dawson as Ahsoka but don't like the casting for Sabine and really don't like Hera's. The speeder bike scene with Sabine ignoring the pilot was dumb. Also this isn't specifically about this show, most SW fight scenes are cringe and just terribly choreographed. Mini movies done by fans on YouTube have better saber fights. Not liking the 3 "bad guys" either. Still trust Favraeu/Filoni so I'm sure the show will get a lot better and I can't wait to see Thrawn.

Sabine getting stabbed reminded me why I’ve always wondered why Jedi/Sith don’t rend to the left or right after a stab wound.
It’s a saber, you can cut clear through somebody’s organs, just rend that bitch to the right and they’re not gonna survive. It’ll double down on organs being fricked up and cut through 3/4 of their body

Yeah I kinda wish they didn’t have her get run through at all. Just have her fight hard, get pieced up a little bit and right before she gets totally defeated have Ahsoka pull up. Then have Shin give Sabine the stank eye and make off with the map. No need to Qui Gon her.

Sabine is very well cast, as is Ahsoka, but we knew that.
First two episodes have me excited. Unlike some others, I am an OT kid, saw SW on its original run in theaters when I was 5, and has loved it all ever since. Yes, there is bad in SW (looking directly at you Sequel trilogy, midicloridians, and little orphan Annie) but when it goes right, there's nothing better.

i was able to make it to 30 min of ep 1 before dozing off. very boring and another fail by disney
