Who do we think homeboy(or girl) is that Ahsoka was fighting?

Ray Stevenson dying sucks. He’s killing it in all of his scenes and would have been a great villain for awhile.

Very interesting theory. Not sure why he would be so lowly though compared to Balin and Shin. Or why he would want to hunt and kill Jedis.
I do think Ezra is more of a gray Jedi than anyone b/c of his time with Maul and both of the holocrons. Ezra probably has more force knowledge than anyone alive, and that includes Luke and Ahsoka.

Love me some Hondo.

Maul was cut in half and they brought him back. Don’t overthink it.

To be fair, women often bleed for a few days without dying.

She’s not human, jackass. Mandalorians could have some differences in their biology.

I don’t buy it - for one: he should be in the same place as Thrawn since he was controlling/ communicating with the pergil. And two, he had his embrace of the dark side and has come around more so than Anakin did, he always came back to the light side of the force. He never had that falling out with the Jedi and light side.

Maybe something happened to him to change his mind. We haven’t seen him in years.
But I agree with you. I can’t see Ezra being on the dark side, or anything close to it.

Knights of Ren around at this point?

Even if he has leaned towards the dark side that sweet Sabine vajayjay will bring him back to the light.

I'm pretty sure that only the leader of the Knights of Ren wielded a lightsaber. All of the others just had melee weapons, and none of them were ex-inquisitors.

I would also be shocked if the inquisitor (who Baylan referred to as Marrok) is Ezra. As someone has already mentioned, he should still be in the same galaxy as Thrawn. It could just be some rando inquisitor actually named Marrok, but I also wouldn't rule out Filoni pulling out some known ex-Jedi that we've seen in his past shows. But I don't think we've been given any clues either way yet, at least not any that I picked up on.

Just watched the first episode. This is stupid as shite, man.

The badazz girl power moments are cringe as frick, especially Sabine's chick-rock motorcycle escape stunt. We've got more McGuffins and secret maps to shite, I guess because it was so awesome the last time they did it. And there's witchcraft in Star Wars now? Fistfights with droids?

I don't think watching the cartoon is going to help.

The cartoons were full of McGuffins and the Night Sisters of Dathomir (witches) were a frequent villain.

The Indiana Jones Trilogy was full of Mcguffins and are widely loved. They sucked in the sequel Trilogy because the writing sucked. Too early to tell here.

The witches are an established part of the EU and that is all this show is. Not a reason to hate IMO.

Show is much better than anything on D+ other than Andor so far.

Thank you for getting back to the story, because the crying about the lightsaber wound was fricking ridiculous. Unsurprising because this board is full of literal babies, but exhausting nonetheless.

I get the vibe that Shin Hati (Baylan's padawan or apprentice) isn't in love with this whole deal. The way she's cutting eyes at Baylan a lot, and asking "where does that leave us"... not sure she's sold on working with Morgan. And she's apparently doing a lot without getting most of the plan. That might become a problem for them later on.

I don’t think either of them are 100% in. Baylan will go along with Morgan if the pay is right but he admires Ahsoka as we already heard. I can see Shin being more idealistic down the road and revolting while Baylan has been in survival mode for decades and they have a clash over it.

Tons of stuff like that. There was also genocidal good guy droids, Anakin committing war crimes by the dozens, Pirates, Obi-Wan being the most sarcastic and sassy character ever, and Ahsoka growing up from being an annoying little kid that everyone hated to being a confident, capable, adult that was actually one of the most likable characters in Star Wars.

I didn’t care much for Star Wars Rebels (too much of a kids show), but from the end of the first season on, Clone Wars was absolutely phenomenal. The final season of Clone Wars (outside of the Martez sisters, they’re the worst in any show they’re in) was nearly perfect tv.
