My theory now is that Lumon are the "good guys".
Just saw a breakdown video which they hypothesize that Lumon represents the 9 circles of Hell from Dante's Inferno... Which matches the 9 Lumon Values.
So many theories, easter eggs, etc... out there. I just hope it doesn't go the route of LOST where they try to get too clever with everything and have so many cutesy things out there that they can't tie it all together.

I’m back into Milkshake being severed and doesn’t know it.
A regular person wouldn’t bring a pineapple gift basket to someone who just got fired/Had their entire life upended and expect a positive response. A normal person would also not be willing to work 24 hours a day and ride a motorcycle in the snow

Well we know Cobel/Selveig isn't and she is part of the cult and did batshit things...

I would love to see what Ricken would be like severed

Did I miss something big? It’s possible because my wife asks questions non stop during this show. Is the clone stuff just speculation or has there been a reveal that I missed?

He'd turn into a version of Charlie from Two and a Half Men.

Speculation from Ms Huang status and Gemma being alive and whole. Also it’s obvious Cold Harbor has something to do with human manipulation in some form the most likely is reanimating the dead or cloning(the goats as a clue)

Just speculation.
Most people, myself included, believe Lumon is in the “living forever” business, either through cloning, uploading consciousness, or something else.

You probably right here. More machine than man.

Speculation, but if. you watch the clip of Stiller talking through how they shot the hallway running scene, he throws wood on the fire with the comment of "who's that in the background, looks an awful lot like you"

The actors themselves appear to have shot down the idea of cloning, saying that's way off.
The actors on the cloning speculation:

Adam Scott: "This sounds like what Lumon would be doing in like a super boring version of Severance."
Patricia Arquette: "You are very far off, and wronnnnng... Go back to the starting line. No. No. No."

I’d imagine red herrings are what the whole cast and crew will be throwing out for the duration

That's really cool that that was practicalish. I would have bet money on that being AI VFX on those sharp camera movements.

They gotta be figuring out a way to transfer continuousness from body to body.
Microdata refinement has got to be them deleting traumatic memories from the host body or deleting some issue related to that.

So I've been back of head trying to put this timeline together.
Y'all help me piece this together.
We see innie Mark right back into svr'd floor in E1, but in E2, we see outie Mark had 2 days to decide to come back.
This is somewhat confirmed when Milkshake says he only had 48 hours to get the new MDR workers.
It seems from there, innie Mark made it 3 days before plugging in the speaker to the board asking for his friends.
That's a total of 5 days. At the meeting at Lumen, Helena is told Mark's request is going to be met. That could possibly give Helena only that night to come up with a story and easily have uncertainty trying to be Helly R.
This also gives 5 days for outie Irv and outie Burt to possibly know more than a few minutes. Same for Dylan, which we only see him job hunting.
But, everyone has 5 days, except Mark, he got 2 days. Or am I over thinking this?

That is an interesting take.
Maybe they are deleting memories from their outies? Milchick told Mark that his innies peace would eventually come to him (or something like that).

I really have no idea where they are going with what MDR is doing. It could go a lot of places. The easiest is cloning, but this show doesn't seem to want the easy way, so I'm not bought it on clones just yet.
We know that MDR is sorting the code based on the Four Tempers, which Kier believes everyone must tame. Cold Harbor is a famous Civil War battle, and Kier served as likely a medic or doctor in the war before founding Lumon in 1865. So maybe some connection there.
Marks says "Persephone" in episode 2 in reference to Gemma - Persephone being a Greek goddess who was kidnapped by Hades and made queen of the underworld (Gemma on the severed floor). Persephone spends time both in the underworld and living world as per a deal between Hades and Demeter. The story goes that Persephone is a vegetation/spring goddess. While she spends time in the underworld, plants don't grow (which is a big part of the scenery of this show - dormant/dead vegetation).
I don't really know. I'm just kind of throwing things out there. Really, I'm along for the ride. I'm not the best at putting two and two together.

Dylan’s job interview at the door store was great. “You mean a door prize.”
Did anyone take anything away from the manager at the door factory looking just like Dylan. They even purposely showed a shot of them in opposing positions leaned back in their chars to emphasize the similarities. Just me?
