I think I’d rather see a Rocky reboot from Adrienne’s perspective.

Would be interesting to see how they presented the rapey apartment scene.

There are thousands of projects "in the works" .... this will never get made. Just talk I suspect.

the character of Vito Corleone (played in the films by Brando and De Niro) was actually based on my grandmother. We talked about how the women ran both of our families, but behind the scenes. Adriana’s vision for Connie’s life blew us all away. I’m very pleased and excited to have her on board.”

Hollywood has no creativity anymore. The business model is now about pumping out as many shows and films in order to generate profits.

Why not do Tom?

Even better, just leave it alone and NOT desecrate Puzo's corpse.

It would just be 2 hours of her at the zoo. Retards love the zoo.

Imagine trying to recast Brando, Pacino, Duvall, Caan, Keaton, etc.

whoever greenlit this should be blackballed.

Only Pacino is still alive.

Even with good writing and trying to be faithful to the original, the ceiling is the Night Court reboot.

She didn’t even know about her oldest son, Victor, being picked up in Reno two weeks ago on some PETTY THEFT.

They need to go all in and cast Lupita. It’s all clown world anyway so why not?

Yes, more female-centric story lines. Thats what Hollywood is missing right now.

Who wants to see this? Women never liked the Godfather and they won't see this either.

Yep. 30-something responses complaining about who would greenlight this and Hollywood is out of touch. 30-something responses from people who didn't read, or let themselves be misled by one tweet from a known click-bait artist.

Paramount acquired the film rights to novel that will publish in 2027. That AP article is about a book, not a movie. Maybe it gets ordered to script if the book is a phenomenon. More likely, Paramount owns the rights for a Godfather-related novel they either never do anything with or loosely adapt into something they can do with Pacino (the legacy contebt they actually want), that also prevents another studio from capitalizing on IP they control.

Stop getting mad about nothing news. You are giving shitty people money from your clicks.

Give me a Godfather IV that covers the time period between 1925 and 1945 and I am in.
