Good show. One of my main takeaways, because they kept showing aerial shots of the town, was how windmills blight a landscape.

But on the other hand, her crazy statements like comparing this to drunk driving drive home how crazy see really is.

Drunk driving should be attempted murder. Noting worse in today’s times than a f’ing drunk.

Munchausen by proxy syndrome is a very real thing, it’s very sad, Mom is a total fricking sicko mental case who needs to be locked up, I don’t know if that’s something you can just be cured from

Watched this past weekend.

Wow. I saw a tik tok that was like a Game of Thrones reaction to the red wedding video that was someone reacting to the reveal on this. Didn't watch until the end because I didn't want it to be spoiled.

So I knew it was going to be a crazy reveal, but even knowing that, I was still kind of blown away. Early on I thought it was probably the mom but then the texts started telling the girl to kill herself so I thought no way it's the mom. Whelp.

What an awful human. Sadly the Munchausen by proxy is still in effect because the daughter is still craving a relationship with her mom.

Being involved in this drama was the most exciting thing to happen in this boring arse lady's life. She absolutely loved it.

She's truly psychotic. Psychos have zero remorse and that was her spot on. She tried to justify everything and only cried when she was talking about herself. She still expressed zero sympathy for her daughter.

Same. I was tempted to fast forward to find out who it was, but so glad I didn't. Nothing could've prepared me more for that bombshell. I feel like Kendra should've also been charged with indecent behavior with minors or something along those lines with all the sexual stuff she sent. And just when you think you've seen it all, she can't admit it was her from beginning...says she only kept it going.

Also, it was very hard to watch the body cam footage when the police revealed to the daughter and dad who it was. You just witnessed a family totally being destroyed. When the husband said he'd lost all his stuff in the storage units.

100%. I would have made her get her hands off my daughter and been like "wtf bish you told our daughter to kill herself???" Instead she just stands there hugging her like she was the person her daughter needed to take comfort in. That part pissed me off as much as anything in the entire show.

I feel like the one lesbian-looking volleyball player's mom hit the nail on the head in her interview at the end (when her husband said, "I'm so proud of her for speaking her mind."). She said that she'd told the investigators to look into the mom AND daughter from the get-go and believed that they were doing it together, insinuating that the daughter was aware and part of it. The daughter's lack of surprise when the police showed up to inform her mom the jig was up reinforces that.

Unfortunately I immediately remembered this story as it was big news, so it didn't shock me. The wife was pretty damn shocked though

My wife kept falling asleep because we started it kind of late at night and are old...

I eventually said, "It's the freaking mom, okay. Now wake up" because she wouldn't stay awake. She stayed awake the rest of the doc, then.

She’s a pedo. Plain and simple. Why else would she continue to harass Owen’s new girlfriend an hour away after him and Lauryn broke up?

I mean if I’m doing that investigation why not start with the parents and work your way out? I mean it might seem offensive but if your not guilty you’d probably cooperate. Especially when you factor in the tech background. That one sheriff did NOT exercise all his resources like he said. He didn’t even interview everyone close to her!! That’s like step 1

Those were my thoughts. Once the school had no luck and no leads despite interviewing and tracking multiple students within the school. It seems like the sheriff's first priority would be checking out immediate family within the household. Both parents and even siblings as well.

I feel like this documentary was made way too soon. Lauren still clearly hasn' even begun to heal yet. She is going to need years of therapy to truly unpack all of this. She may not truly understand just how deeply her mother fricked with her until her 30s.

I am torn on weather the daughter was in on it or not. I lean way more that she was not part of it.

I am not going to try to judge someone on a show being interviewed, I mean they made the mom look ok at the beginning.

The mom is absolutely crazy, sending the stuff she sent to her daughter WTF.

I feel bad for all of the other people this bitch fricked overs

She was 13 when it started. I highly doubt she was in on it.
