The biggest of the big chick flicks for me.

Steel Magnolias-Crazy dad shooting gun in town, Crazy lady named Ouiser, getting ready for big wedding/party...

SPOILERS

...somebody gets sick and dies.

Terms of Endearment
-Crazy rich lady starts dating uber crazy former astronaut who drives a Vette on the beach...

I know I'm going to get bashed on here for this, but "Sean of the Dead". The first 30 minutes are incredible. 30-50 minutes are still pretty good. The last half hour is dreadful right up until the last 5 minutes of the movie which are comedy gold. However, that awful 30 minute stretch near the end makes it almost unwatchable as a creative, witty, horror parody turns into just another predictable zombie movie gore-fest.

Probably the most drastic change. Went from pretty good to this is the worst movie of all time.

Iron Man is another one for me. First 45 minutes were nice. After that, the rest of the trilogy was meh.

Ironman. It's pretty fricking awesome until he escapes the terrorists. The film then nose dives from there, and the franchise never recovered, aside from the nice blip known as the Avengers.

its not a parody.

Pegg and Wright explain that they wanted a good zombie movie with humor, not to parody or make fun of zombie movies.

Semi-agree. For me, it falls off right after he goes after the terrorists with the Mark III.

It really felt like the movie needed an additional Iron Man scene in between that and finale.

Full Metal Jacket

The first half of the movie is hilarious and a fun ride, after that it gets really depressing.

The Postman. Just think about it. Interesting post-civilization-ending-war start, then he hides in the woods, then he starts delivering mail.

I thought Spider-Man 2 was starting off to be a good decent movie and then it fell off at the hospital scene.

Good choice.

Showing "less" of the monster would have been more.

this. the beginning was creepy and scary and pretty intense while the truck was chasing them, but as soon as they showed the monster it got campy and retarded.

Vanilla Sky is an EXCELLENT choice. I'll go with that.

Awesome movie until the car wreck. Then, well...
