I am going to go with Michael Clayton. It had some Oscar nominations but I don't feel like it ever got the acclaim it deserved. It was somewhat overlooked because it came out the same year as No Country for Old Men and There Will Be Blood. For my money it is George Clooney's best performance and it's a pretty great legal thriller with a lot of mythic symbolism throughout.

If Michael Clayton comes out any year other than 2007 in the last ten years it would have had a great shot at best picture.

Good choice. Great movie. Love the subtle nuance throughout that you only catch the second time though, such as MC's GPS acting up in the opening scene.

Edit: I hate myself. Even as a troll post this one falls flat. My bad guys. It has aged like cottage cheese in a fart bucket.

I think Other Guys gets plenty of love
...but Jackie Moon gets very little.

My usual answer to this question.

I'll also throw Looper out there.

Lincoln Lawyer.

Not that its underrated (7/10 IMDB and 83% RT), but I feel like it hasn't gotten much attention since its 2011 release. So again not underrated...more so underappreciated.
