The finale of Berserk is up there and I just watched that show for the first time over the last week. Great story though and love how it’s Games of Thrones/Lord of the Rings ish for about 80 percent of the show and then gets super fricked up.

ER when Carter and Lily got attacked and stabbed. Real gut wrenching.
—er S1E19 Love’s Labor Lost: Dr. Greene deals with a case of pre-eclampsia that goes south. (The Pitt paid homage to this episode in S2 Finale)
—The Unforgotten S4E6: DCI Cassie Stuart (Nicola Walker) Dies following a car crash in previous episode. I was absolutely gutted. Nicola Walker was the heart of the show and probably the best Actress you’ve never heard of. (This is a British TV show)
—er S15E1 Dr Pratt (Mekhi Phifer)succumbs to his injuries from an explosion in S14 finale. He had become the heart of the ER at Cook County General. I was crying like a little bitch.

Pilot episode of The Shield. Did not see that coming and really set up the series as a hold on tight roller coaster ride. Requiem for Adena on Homicide: Life on the Street was rough too.

Man the episode where the transplant patient dies and Dr. Cox has a breakdown always gets me.

I had an 18 year old nephew pass away from Fentanyl poisoning and my mom passed away after hitting her head on a scooter accident. On EP3(?) of The Pitt a teenager passes away from Fentanyl and a person dies from a head injury on a scooter. Needless to say I was crying. Stopped watching the show for a couple months because of it.

There was an episode of ER- a young patient needed a new heart- her father was working 20 hours a day to afford treatments for her. I want to say he was a security guard? A last ditch effort to get her a new heart fell through, and he made them guarantee that she would get HIS heart, and he blew his brains out in the alley. I'll never forget that.

The Red Wedding.
Was sort of expecting something like that plus the mother I was ready for her to go.
I would say the death of Hodor was moreso.
