i watched saving private ryan on netflix tonight. everytime i watch it, i hate upham more and more for not coming up the stairs to help mellish. the moment that mellish realizes he's losing the fight and tries to talk the german out of stabbing him sucks.

i realize that he's a coward and not really fit to be a soldier, but damn. that scene always pisses me off.

then he suddenly becomes a real soldier 5 minutes later and kills the german he argued to be released? that is salt in the wound.

Absolutely yes...that scene pisses me off I refuse to watch it. What it shows is in war you can't be nice. They should have killed him earlier instead of letting him go.

Clicked this thread to name the same character. Its amazing how easy it is to form a consensus about that dude.

I have to admit though, Whether it was the writing, acting, character development,....hell I don't know what you call it but to achieve the universal disgust that this character achieves someone did a damn fine job with that scene.

My gf and I watched Deliverance for the 1st time a couple weeks ago and were so frustrated with the choices they made the whole time. Almost zero logic with any of it.

Steel Magnolias - I was outraged by Shelby's ignoring of her Mama's advice and having that baby for her own selfish reasons, leaving her husband a widow with a baby and having to go through all the BS that comes with trying to find another woman.

What a stupid selfish bitch.

When Dottie dropped the ball on purpose.
You never let your younger sibling beat you. You kick their arse and tell them to suck it up and better luck next time bitch.

At the very beginning of Jeepers Creepers the couple sees something being thrown down a well/pipe. They turn their car around to go investigate.

So stupid....I spent the whole movie just thinking how it all could have been avoided had they just kept on driving like normal people.

I was also frustrated when Halle Berry had sex with Billy Bob Thornton. Can never look at her the same after that.

Also very frustrated with In the Cut and seeing Meg Ryan's terrible tits.

Spoilers for Gone Girl

On a more serious note, the fact that Ben Affleck didn't kill that bitch at the end of the movie in Gone Girl frustrated the hell out of me. It's not too often i yell at the tv after a movie is over. I was genuinely pissed that he didn't nut up and do something, instead of just sitting back and staying with her, with his kid.

Not a movie, but Jack Bauer's daughter is the most stupid and frustrating piece of A I've ever seen on screen.

The Earthbending scene in The Last Airbender. The series goes into a ton of detail on how benders are imprisoned, like 1/4 episodes has a character put in some type of prison. So I don't know how Shyamalan could have possibly missed the memo on this.

In this scene they imprison Earthbenders in a fricking quary. A QUARY. They imprison them on oil rigs in the show, where they're very far from the physical earth. This is like imprisoning violent prisoners in a massive armory. Aang may as well be saying "there's thousands of tons of AK-47s, bullets, explosives, and Kevlar here for you to break out." And the mouth breathers finally have a realization where they are located.

A baboon could have figured out how to escape there before these morons did. It's so fricking stupid that even Roland Emmerich would think it was too retarded to put into one of his films.

In Home Alone when Kevin sits down to eat his mac n cheese dinner and the clock bell start ringing and he knows it's time to do the bitch. He gets up to go get his traps ready and never even touches the food. Has bothered me ever since I was a young blood and first watched it.

We have a winner.

The "never touching the food" movie cliche has always bothered me.
