The flight time from Ohare to Paris is around 9 hours. Let's assume that the shuttle van drivers only had to knock for 10 minutes before waking them up and that it didn't take them longer than 30 minutes to leave, Frank said the flight leaves in 45 minutes. So that puts the flight at around 9:25 am. They should arrive in Paris at 6:30 CST. Which would be 1:30am Paris time. But it's daytime when they arrive. If we are to assume that Kevin falling asleep to Angels with Filthy Souls and them arriving in Paris are the same time, then it seems like they could be arriving at 6am Paris time and Harry and Marv show up around 11pm CST. Where did the ~4.5 hours go?? The time doesn't match up at all.

I’m still trying to figure out why they don’t have a Christmas tree up.
I get they were going out of town for 3-4 weeks but they took the time to put out all the other Christmas stuff. There are Christmas decorations in the kitchen, including a gingerbread house. There are poinsettias in just about every room. There are wreaths on doors and lights on the house. They went through all the trouble of doing everything except put up a tree.
Maybe they didn’t want to have a live tree drying out and burning down the joint when the automatic timers for their lights clicked on right....... now.

On this same note, the Murphys were also leaving but put up a tree and left all their wrapped gifts.

Simple: because Kevin likes Christmas Trees. They can’t justify not having a Christmas Tree on Christmas, but they can if they’re traveling.

Did the paint covering Marv in HA2 act as an insulator negating some of the current flow? Kevin ramps the ARC welder up to 90 amps right before Marv's skull becomes visible. 0.2 amps is fatal. I'm thinking the only way he survived was the paint insulated him from the current.

That was covered in a youtube video that I can't remember the name. They got a doctor to analyze all the damage done and Harry and Marv each would've died about 15 times over in that sequence.
ETA- I even put physics equations to use early in this thread and the bricks thrown at Marv's head would have demolished his skull each time.

Over the years I've read this entire thread but obviously can't recall every detail. Have we ever commented on why Kevin screams in the movies most famous scene? He's applying aftershave (basically, cologne) and OBVIOUSLY has not just shaved to the point where he would have cuts in his skin. So wtf is he yelling for?

I recorded HA on ABC Family yesterday and we watched it last night. I’ve thought about that before and brought it up to my wife. I was thinking “WTF is he cooking eggs too or putting them in his ice cream?”
