What about the Jimmy Carter episode?

Mike Judge/Greg Daniels are geniuses and will do this justice.
Remember that season of King of the Hill that sucked? I don't.

I can't believe Fox rejected the revival last year considering the crap they've put out.

Who wants this?
If they kept all the characters the same age and personality, absolutely.

Great...... everyone ready for Hank to pull a Bruce Jenner?

KOTH somehow had the ability to respectfully poke fun at southern Conservatism while letting us in on the joke. It made us laugh at ourselves but with maintaining our dignity. It also used our point of view to make fun of other perspectives. I have my doubts but if they can keep that feel, I am in.

The age up thing has been know for quite awhile, at least a year or two when they first brought up the revival.
I'm in on it. I think it could be fun and interesting.
I'm just not really sure they will be able to go to the places they need to (ie making fun of woke and wackjob progressives).

I loved the show but dont think this will work. As others have mentioned, today's woke atmosphere will kill the edginess of the show.
No way Fox will allow any criticism of BLM or the woke culture, as the show would have done in the past. They would turn all the characters into progressives or some other bullshite.

Hank said how much he loved Ronald Reagan multiple times on the show.

I for one would love to see Hank's take on the extreme left that rose to power in reaction to Trump
bullshite
The extreme left has been building this shite and taking over institutions for over 50 years. This shite would happen regardless because too many people are stupid and/or ignorant.

Dale would 100% think Q was a government conspiracy of some sorts

Been rewatching this with the family since the kids were really young when it first came out. Watched the "Hank has no arse" episode last night. Nearly cried from laughing.

Hank locked the doors while driving through Hope, Arkansas to pick up Bobby and Buck.
frick outta here with this.
Hank was a traditional conservative Republican who thought the Bushes were weak, opportunistic pussies. He was, of course, correct.

Definitely. He also clearly thought highly of LBJ. Odds are he was the type of democrat the party left behind starting in the 90s

Microbrewery up the street from me has built a real-life replica of Hank’s fence in their courtyard.

Hank put Texas and Texans above all else, including politics. He was 100% behind GWB until the limp handshake, which a man like Hank obviously judged a man by.

He would think it's a distraction to cover up whatever the real conspiracy is. Bill would probably eat everything at face value

Bill: "My new girlfriend I met on this dating app is a celebrity of sorts. She has her own channel on this new Internet TV thing called OnlyFans she wants me subscribe to."
Hank: : "OnlyFans huh? Sounds like a place for sports content. I may want to check that out. It's getting kind of old seeing nothing but college lacrosse on the ESPN and ESPNU when there's perfectly good collegiate baseball games going on to be watched."
