I haven't watched the show and really never planned on it, but I am intrigued at what little I've read about from real people who say it's one of the single worst shows they've ever seen through the first couple of episodes.

Apparently nothing happens.

Tim Pool said it’s the worst show he’s ever seen. I think he has good taste. Plus the critics liked it which tells you a lot.

Not seen it but wow... I was under the impression that WV was damn near ground breaking in how amazingly good it was.

What’s the deal?

It's a Marvel property so the critics will automatically give it a positive review.

It’s not bad, just dull. Unless the latter episodes pay off in some way, it’s one you can easily skip.

I thought it's been great so far.

I'm gonna guess that the first few eps are just set up material, and the real ' fun stuff ' will follow.

I'll go on what everyone else says, and see if that pans out or not.

I was expecting more. It seems to have started off very slow as a set up. So hopefully it gets better. I didn’t find it to be that great and I have watch a ton of shows from that era.

Very brave of them to model it after a 60s sitcom. I don’t think many of the targeted audience has much experience watching that era of tv or any interest in it.

Spoiler......

I did find it funny how he went through the ottoman instead of tripping over it.

I grew up watching bewitched/I love lucy (Nick at Nite!) so I caught a lot of what they were trying to achieve. The third episode really needs to kick things off.

I enjoyed it. It started off slow but it's clear foreshadowing through those first 2 episodes that things are definitely going to pick up imo.

I watched the first one which was really about 20 minute run time

I think it's terrible. I don't get it

You can wait another couple of weeks to find out how many episodes are a chore to get through. At least you have the knowledge that it’s not a universal success. You won’t be shocked by the slow start. It could turn out great, but they were banking on Marvel fans to give them the benefit of the doubt on the slow pace.

Looks like someone missed the Birds of Prey and Wonder Woman 84 Early review threads.

How can some of y’all not grasp that these episodes will make sense with later episodes?

Complaining right now is like watching the first quarter of a movie and saying it sucked for having no, middle, end, and explanation.

I agree with what you said, but the idea that adults need to be told this is baffling.

We all fell in love with Got. Hard to think of a slower start. Not everything needs to be or should be paced like a high-octane action movie.

This board isn’t the smartest unless someone holds their hands with certain shows and films.

"Super heroes movies are just action-comedies with light beams in the sky nothing is unique and intersting!"

(Marvel makes something unique)

"Eh, that's really slow, we need action and explosions!"
