Legacy had it's moments, but a few loose ends that needed tied up (unless they were planning on a sequel with Murphy's Dillinger Jr. and Rinzler/Tron).

The Daft Punk soundtrack is decent. Some.of the remixes on Reconfigured are actually better.

I once saw 30 Seconds to Mars in concert. Jared Leto was the douchiest lead singer ever.

Yes, Jared Leto transforming his entertainment fandom into a bunch of white tunic-wearing loons who sit around fawning over him all day is definitely the same as Christianity.

You're fast becoming one of the leading retards on this site.

American Psycho
Dallas Buyer’s Club
House of Gucci
The Outsider
Urban Legend

Smaller roles in numerous other movies.

And Prefontaine, Switchback (great movie), The Thin Red Line, Fight Club, Panic Room, Lord of War. I feel like the hatred stems from his Suicide Squad Joker but that whole film sucked. The hatred is not warranted. He has a great resume.

Agree to disagree. For the record, I see nothing wrong with either.

He's odd for sure- he has awful characters, but mixed with this are some gems, and the dude gains and loses weight for a role like he was John Malkovich or DeNiro. His transition from Prefontaine to Mark David Chapman was insane.

I've got tickets to see it tomorrow night and can't wait! I'm keeping my expectations low for the actual plot/script/etc, but it still looks like it will be a fun experience!

He spent a fair amount of time on stage preening instead of singing. He even stopped mid-song once to chastise the audience for not being enthusiastic enough with their adulation. He came across as super narcissistic and a creep.

Most men who had that many women throwing themselves at him would be so too.

American Psycho

He is on screen for maybe one whole minute in that movie.

Oh, ok. Limited screen time prohibits us from listing a certain role when discussing an actor’s repertoire. Got it.

What’s the screen time cutoff, Mr. Arbiter? I just want to know for future reference. Is two minutes too little? Christmas is coming up soon, so I want to make sure no one talks about John Candy in the ongoing Home Alone thread.

Surely 16 minutes is enough, right? If anyone discusses Silence of the Lambs around Halloween, I want to make sure that we can discuss Anthony Hopkins’s role.

I guess it’s somewhere between a minute and 16 minutes. Can you help us out?

Saw it last night. It wasn't too bad. A little wink and nod to the original, very brief references to Legacy, and the music was good.

The first 20-30 minutes of setup was solid, but then it kinda gets lost.

Good take…

My son really wanted to see it so we did the 3D showing last night. Visuals were stunning. Soundtrack as expected; just great. I thought the throwbacks were actually great.

Did I hate it? Not really.

Will it go down as a major cinematic achievement? Not at all.
