I think they go well together. Maybe could have been a trilogy. I won't argue with someone if they like IW better. I honestly like them both equally.

I agree.
I did not like Endgame. Not because of the Iron Man thing or whatever, I just didn't enjoy it.

IW was a better movie.
Though Endgame was a great ending.

I was more moved by America's arse.

I do too but for different reasons.
Infinity War had a better balance of Action and drama, Hulk was ferocious at the beginning at least and everyone basically shined, including those with small roles.
Endgame was basically the Cap, Iron Man, Antman and Nebula show with cameos at the end of everyone else. It took too long to build to the action.
Both were great though

Endgame is a much better ending than it is an actual complete movie, which is why I think a lot of people have made the comment that they should’ve run together as one movie.
Obviously that’s insane though because it would’ve been a fricking 6-hour movie

Infinity War was a better film than Endgame in the traditional sense, but Endgame was exactly what it needed to be and was trying to be.

As long as I get a bathroom break I'd gladly pay to do a back to back in theaters

I'm also of the opinion that as an overall movie, Infinity War is better. It had no bad parts, no downtime, etc. Endgame felt like it dragged on for a good bit of the film. For a moment I was feeling disappointed in the entire movie. But from the moment Cap wielded Mjonir, the movie was pure awesomeness. That final battle alone turned it into one of my favorite movies.

This. Out of epic trilogies, or series, the climax and bleak outlook setup is almost always better than the finale.
Empire Strikes Back, Two Towers, Ozymandus (Breaking Bad,) the Dark Knight, Catching Fire, and Matrix Reloaded (it was bad, don’t get me wrong, but light years better than Revolutions) are all better than their conclusions. I challenge you to name a serial that the finale completely hit. The Wire?
I think Endgame did about as good a job of a setup as they could have. I might rank Return if the Jedi a little higher, but that’s probably nostalgia. Kept the stakes high, didn’t shite all over the franchise, brought about resolution in a mostly agreeable way.

"On your six" made it all worth it in the end though for me.
A moment so impactful you forgot the line.

I think everyone pretty much agrees; IW was white knuckle tension the entire way through, and although the Avengers were impressive, Thanos was a beast. If you loved any particular hero (other than Hulk), they had their moment to shine.
Bearded Cap showing up in Scotland to save Vision and Wanda, catching that spear... that's an all-time frick Yeah moment.
Iron Man trying to deal with/coordinate Dr Strange, then with Spiderman, and then add in the GOTG, and ultimately still end up standing in there toe-to-toe with Thanos on Titan, another one (you throw another moon at me, I swear I'm gonna lose it).
And as great as both of those scenes were, neither matches up with Thor and BOOM!, BRING ME THANOS
Endgame was a satisfying conclusion.

I wish the Endgame would’ve shown Thanos doing this to stop Galactus or at least set Galactus for future movies.

IW was way more enjoyable to me. I’ve seen it probably 10 times. I have no urge to rewatch Endgame. I didn’t like the storyline of Endgame.

They serve different purposes. If you are looking for high impact story points, intensity, darkness, IW is certainly the better fit. Endgame is specifically looking to wrap things up in a bow, and for this series of films, it's a perfect conclusion. The film sets it self up, a few times, to build to emotional moments and pay offs that people have been waiting on for 11 years. And it works. It's everything you want in a conclusion, and it was to end on a high note given the 22 film build up.
I'd argue it's one of the better film sequence finales out there and if you combine it with IW as one experience, there's almost no question.
This doesn't make IW a better film, just a different one and I can totally see it resonating with some people more. I think both of their place and both are overall great films.
People reacting so much to Endgame speaks to the emotional payoff, not necessarily "filmic qualities," if that makes sense.

Thanos is so much better in Infinity War.
