FYI I’ve heard buzz about a new Netflix drama Black Rabbit, coming this winter with Jason Bateman playing a successful NYC business man and his brother(Jude Law) coming back in his life and trying to bring down his empire.

Sounds promising

It probably helps that for some reason that movie resonated will me, I've done numerous rewatches
A favorite story for my dad is when he took me to see Gattaca. I was 8. As we were walking out, he asked if I liked it. I said “yeah, it was good… Dad, what was that movie about?”

Watched it a few years later in freshman biology, when I actually somewhat understood the concept, and have loved it since.

Jude Law is a very good actor and I enjoy his performances. His filmography feels underwhelming though, like he has so much more potential.

In addition to the previously mentioned Gattaca and Sherlock, I loved his creepy role in Road to Perdition (another movie I love).

ETA: should have read further, plenty others on the same Road

He's not an all-timer or anything but he is consistently above average with a few great performances in there.

I've always thought that he and Clive Owen are extremely underrated actors

Jude and Clive were great together in Closer, which I like overall really. And of course, my doll Natalie Portman is in it.

I think he is a pretty phenomenal actor that pics some absolutely terrible movies.

His voice acting in Rise of the Guardians was also top notch.

Considering i cant picture his face, name any movie hes in.. and while I've
definitely heard the name before I probably wouldn't have been willing to bet money on whether it's an actor or actress.....

I'd say mid at best.

Pretty solid list of credits to his career so far.

"The Talented Mr. Ripley"
"Enemy at the Gates"
"Road to Perdition"
"Cold Mountain"

Playing small roles or lead roles finds him seemingly comfortable in front of the camera. He's got over 60 movie credits to his name, plus TV roles as an actor or doing voice-over work, plus time on stage in the theater.

Not bad for a guy who's 51 years old.

Jude has a movie releasing later this year based on a solid non fiction book “The Silent Brotherhood” called The Order.

Starring Jude Holt and Sheridan, could be a sleeper

One I haven't seen mentioned yet is AI. He was great as Gigolo Joe.
