Horror Movie That You Feel Is Overlooked Or Underrated?

I've been rewatching Mike Flanagan movies in anticipation of The Fall of the House of Usher. Tonight I watched Absentia, which was actually a first viewing for me and Oculus which I've seen 3 or 4 times.
Absentia was one of his first movies and it's worth a watch if you're a fan of his other stuff. It's a low budget indie film but it's interesting to see his style in it's infancy and how it's evolved into his newer stuff, but Oculus...
Am I in the minority that thinks Oculus is possibly his best work? Each time I watch it, I have a new appreciation for it and its easily in my top 10 favorite horror movies/shows. Oculus and Midnight Mass are 1a and 1b for me.
Anyone have a horror movie that they can just revisit over and over and feel like it gets overlooked or is underrated?

From the slasher genre, I feel like the 2009 reboot of Friday the 13th gets the shaft. However, as far as slashers goes, it delivers. Inventive kills, gratuitous nudity and sex scenes, and fun easter eggs which paid homage to the films of the past. It also put its own unique spin on the franchise with a more athletic/agile Jason who uses underground tunnels to pop up unexpectedly instead of supernatural abilities.

What Lies Beneath.
It’s not a straight up horror movie, but it is a smart psychological thriller with some good twists.

Broken Lizard's Club Dread is a vastly underrated slasher film.

A unique take on the vampire genre with an excellent cast and world-building. Could be scarier, but there are some legitimate jump scares.

The Exorcist 3. It's written and directed by the author of the books and based on the second one (Legion).

This is one of the better horrors I’ve seen in a while. Starts out pretty PG and then it goes off the rails.

Haunt is a really good movie with a satisfying ending.

The Frighteners with Michael J Fox.

The Others (Nicole Kidman)
Her performance in this got overshadowed by the more bombastic Moulin Rouge, but this is one of the best ghost stories on film.

I watched Haunt a few weeks ago. It's not my favorite genre of horror but it was pretty good. My biggest take away was the main character's best friend was hot as frick. Lol

I wouldn't consider It Follows underrated or overlooked but it's a fantastic movie.
