Very good. My vote is the always overlooked The Lair of the White Worm. Campy and fun. Frailty is another good one that doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

Fear, Inc. it's a light hearted horror film that is fun, funny and has some twists and turns. It's not great, but it's solid.

The Strangers doesn't get nearly as much love as it deserves, for sure.

I always thought Gothika was pretty solid.
More recently i liked The Dark & the Wicked (2020).

The sequel, Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2 is silly, campy, funny, and also horrifying. It never shows up on any top-x lists of horror movies, but it should.
It's also very quotable.

So you think that the movie that is regarded as the scariest horror film of all-time is overlooked or underrated?

Love this one.
Deep Rising is another one I never see people talk about, but it's a very fun creature feature.

It was mentioned in the movie picture thread but I feel like Idle Hands has been nearly forgotten even though it has a fairly stacked cast for a 90s teen horror movie and it's a funny take on the possession genre.
It sucks it's the only movie in the series that doesn't use the A. Michael Baldwin as Mike but I actually kind prefer Phantasm II. The insanity of Reggie's quadruple barrel shotgun and the chainsaw fight are tough to beat. Also, that scene when they are desperately slamming doors while being chased by a sphere is awesome.
