Hey Scoob, I read what you wrote on the other thread Thanks for trying. It's a lost cause. They have their minds made up. Without going into the entire argument again, I am done defending myself, and now I'm just having fun.

Guys, I went through all 5 stages of grief when I thought Tormund was going down. I didn't realize I was so attached to that character.

Yeah I was sad. I was thinking it was a 50/50 that Tormund would die or not in the episode, but then when that happened I was thinking "frick, he's gone" and also made me realize how much I love Tormund.

So has the theory that the Night King used Jon as bait to bring out Dany been discussed yet, it explains so much

Interesting. Do you have a link to someone laying it out?

It's more of a theory I've been coming up with altbough I might have saw something similar on Reddit.
Basiclly the NK has the same powers as Bran and knew about Dany and her dragons. He knew if he could trap Jon that would lure Dany out with her dragons. He kills a dragon and uses it to melt the wall.
This would explain why the NK doesn't kill Jon and his men, had dragon killing spears, and had big arse chains with him

So rewatching this again... ok, I don't want a spoiler answer.
But here's the question:
Sansa talks with Littlefinger about Arya, and he brings up Brienne. Brienne is honor-bound to protect both Stark girls, and would intercede if one meant to harm the other, he says.
Shortly afterwards, Sansa sends Brienne away to King's Landing.
I see this one of two ways:
Sansa is planning to do something to Arya,
or
Sansa is aware Littlefinger is playing, and he tipped off something he'd use (Brienne).
Either way, Sansa is trying to get ahead of something, and make a move. Which one do you think it is?
I personally think she's on to Littlefinger, and took one of his moves off the table.

You can't tell me that everyone's considering a ceasefire for a month or more, before the actual sit-down.
I actually don't think that's entirely crazy. Robert's Rebellion lasted a year, but when you think about it, there weren't actually that many battles.

I had already read the spoilers and they didn't say anything about him dying so i thought he was safe before i started watching it, but I was like you as well cause watching that i thought he was going to die and it just wasn't mentioned. Tormund is one of my favorite characters and its gonna suck if he dies eventually.

A lot of people are going to die in S8. Including either Jon or Dany.
I am a TER. I've seen it in the fire of my fireplace. The lord of light has spoken to me!!!

With Dany talking all the time about being infertile, is it setting it up for Jon to knock her up?
Posted on 8/19/17 at 10:34 am to ladytiger118
I think so.
Also, i like how Sansa correctly pointed out that Jon lost the Battle of the Bastards

Last few episodes have had a central focus around children in general.
Foreshadowing is running full speed here.
Would not shock me if episode 1 of Season 8 shows a knocked up Dany. Which if so, would give her serious plot armor and pretty much guarantee Jon dies.

she could die in childbirth or soon thereafter with jon surviving (maybe both die).

That is the literal one caveat.

I mean you could also say jon surviving is the one caveat to her death in childbirth

That's Emergency Awesome's theory and he's the worst theorist I've ever seen.
