You can make spears out of it pretty easily. Just make sure the rest of the spear is strong.

It seems arrowheads would be the most effective use of dragon glass...looks like you just need to penetrate just a bit to shatter a WW.
Plus, they would be easiest to make with the least amount of material, and with an army of mounted expert archers...WUT?

Has Bronn been paid yet other than the gold he lost?

You saw he actually paused- with a murderous bloodrider on his arse- and thought about recovering the bag?

Jaime is probably the least likely to marry her though. Hell, I could see Bronn even being a potential partner for Sansa depending on if he stays alive and what castle he's awarded.
Pretty sure the Hound is still single. I hope she likes chicken.

Could you imagine what Bronn could do with Highgarden?

I get the feeling the show, at least, is going to continue to let Jon be a bastard after Misendei's statement about it being a concept that doesn't exist.
And tbh, I'm more than ok with that being the case in the books, too. I was a major "Highborn Jon Targ" supporter, especially with the stud KG @ the ToJ...but it was never about the Iron Throne for me.
Rhaegar knew tPtwP would come from his father's line, and that is why he had Dayne, Hightower, and Whent there. Not as KG, but the best defenders available of the most important infant in Westeros-way more important than just another heir.
So, yeah, I'm officially changing my position. I think it makes for a better story to remove the Iron Throne question altogether. Jon's destiny is to redefine "Great Bastard".

Great quote from Cheesy Beaver in the Hodor thread:
I didn't add the bold in there by the way. The moron put that in there for emphasis.

Everytime I see people clamoring for Jon and Dany to get together I want to smash them over the head and remind them that they are technically brother and sister. They're not the Lannisters. There will not be an incestual marriage happy ending.

I think the show just needs to have a scene where Sam reads a book of the Targaryan lineage and it somehow has Rhaegar as the Mad King's son and Jon's face in the book as Rhaegar's son.
That is the only way that these Khal Drogo's would understand at this point.

I don't even think that would be enough. They've explained it to them 18 times. They're just retarded at this point.

LOL. I was making a joke about the people that weren't paying attention.

quote:I don't know about that, as it would make the ToJ kind of meaningless, but it would definitely be more convenient for the audience. Millions are rooting for Jon and Dany to hook up, but they don't like being reminded of the oogy relationship they have with each other.

Even if she wasn't his aunt, the Targs have been doing the brother/sister incest thing for a hot minute right? Wasn't the mad king married to his sister?
