What if it is to Sweet Robbyn? He would certainly want a "reward."
I don't think she would talk down like that to the Lord of the Vale, regardless of whether he's a sickly retard. Anyway, she knows Petyr holds the actual power. It's definitely a letter to him.

Things I hope very much to see in the next couple of episodes,(with how confident I am that we will see them):

1- Manderley/The North Remembers. (chances pretty good I think)

2- Some type of discord within Bolton held Winterfell, preferably with a dollop of The Ghost of Winterfell. (not very likely I think, especially not the Ghost part).

3- Frey Pie. (Not seeing how they can get this in at this point).

4- Cersei going bat-shite crazy and doing something really really out there. (Knowing Cersei a pretty good chance).

5- Blackfish escaping through the river under the portcullis. (Good chance I think).

6 - Iron Fleet wreaking havoc with a fleet of the Wise Masters, etc. (Kind of doubt it).

Bella Ramsey is the new darling of o Game of Thrones for good reason; she absolutely nailed her role as Lady Lyanna Mormont. It was fun to watch.

I think you need to rewatch the scene. The Waif stabs her in the gut like a fricking champ.

Well maybe i expect more out of my assassin's for hire, but you think she would have been able to go after the neck, heart an artery or something. Unless she was trying to make her suffer and inadvertently gives her the chance to escape.

And I love that she is actually going with Jon's army to the battle. That little girl has got some spunk.

That's the whole point. Even before this episode we speculated on here about the Waif killing her and making her suffer in the process. She violated the order to make it quick. She's been filled with hate towards Arya, that's not what A Girl should be like. That's why we are speculating thus was just as much a test for the Waif as it was for Arya and why the entire scene seemed "off". Something is up there.

We are getting the ole switcheroo one way or the other. There's little to no chance some type of deception occurred. Will be cool to see how it all plays out.

we see Arya sail back to Westeros.

I could really see the Iron Bank hiring the Faceless Men to put a hit on Cersei because of the Crown's debt. This would be perfect to get Arya back to Westeros without just canning the entire Faceless Men storyline.

A Girl can do work.

She is? Dang I missed that when I watched the episode. That kind of fills me with dread for her. Davos has already lost two young people he likes to fire deaths (IIRC and his son was killed by Wildfyre at Blackwater Bay). Of course he doesn't know about Shireen yet but according to the previews he may well find out soon.

I hope D&D don't go for the "comes in threes" thing here.

Well, yeah. They're going to die otherwise, and LF's numbers are vastly superior to the Boltons. I don't think she has any other choice, although I'm certain he'll betray them when it's all said and done.

I was specifically asking about sending the letter to Robyn himself. I have no doubt she was writing to Littlefinger.

There were several heavy hints about Loras and Renly, and I think Stannis even wise-cracks how Renly was a gay.

Lyanna unloading her ravens is what gave Sansa the idea to send the raven. After Jon ran off to help Davos breakup the Wildling/Hardhorn fight, Sansa looks over and sees a guy unloading the ravens with Lyanna standing there talking to her Maester.

I kind of hope Davos sticks with Lyanna when the battle ensues, which he wasn't allowed to do for Shireen. I'd like to see Lyanna fill that relationship for Davos. I mean, I guess that might be a little corny, but he seemed to be the only person that is able to earn her attention.

LSH seems like a pointless addition at this point. There is enough going on.

ETA: Sansa also has a really nice trump card with Robbyn against Littlefinger. Robbyn is head over heals for Sansa and impetuous.

I def. think this is what's up. At least it's what should be up. Alternatively, as I posted earlier, if she did in fact write to LF, I think she might be setting him up. The Knights of the Vale have little love for Littlefinger, and she could probably easily sway them away from him. She'd be even better equipped to do it if she was smart and first got Robyn to her side. However, if this was her play, why not tell Jon? I think he would def. understand, agree and be behind that. He would not be behind a straight request/promise to LF.

I don't think it matters all that much if she sent the letter to SR or not, since LF will read it regardless

teleportation machine aside, LF is not at the Vale. Or maybe the Maester makes sure Robyn gets the message.
