Read the series twice and it never occurred to me that any of the men were gay.
I missed it on the first read through, but after watching the show and reading again, he made it clear that at the very least all of the characters knew he was gay.

What do we think will be the outcome for House glover?
They will be the first house smashed to pieces and laid to rest in icey death by the WWs.
I don't even know if that makes sense. Umbers probably being first makes more sense (right, map nerds?)

So according to the reddit PIs Sansa was writing to littlefinger. You can make out "lead the Knights of the vale" in the letter.
And about arya, if that really was her that got stabbed she literally learned nothing the last 2 seasons

Agree with you about Yara. Seems like every other male in this thread likes it because of OMG LESBIANS ARE HOT.

Good looking lesbians are hot.

I don't mind if they make her a lesbian, but I just figured that she's a pirate that fricks whatever she wants, guy or girl.

That could be the case as well. I just found that scene to be overly gratuitous and it did nothing for me. That gross dick from E5 was
too. Me, iluv, and Belle agree on the lack of good male nudity in this show.

Yara is not what I consider hot, regardless of who she is fricking. If anyone wants to ogle lesbians there are plenty of hotter ones on the internet. I just think her being down with fricking wine makes sense for a girl raised to be a pirate king's replacement son.

But you got to see Jon's butt this season, right?

Santa's letter...wouldn't it be to the true Lord of the Vale? Little Robin? He has a thing for Sansa. Wouldn't he be all gung-ho to come to her aid in the hopes of being rewarded?

I don't disagree with the idea that George RR Martin has written Sam as a version of himself.
Externally? Yes, he's Sam. He has a mixture of contempt and respect for the characteristics of Sam which he shares - bookishness, shyness, fat to the point of probable obesity, unappealing to women.
But the character he more internally and perhaps shamefully identifies himself with is Tyrion. Tyrion is his physical inadequacies, his lusts, his fears and fantasies carried to hyperbole and stripped of GRRM's fear of social contempt. A contempt Tyrion sometimes embraces and sometimes bitterly resents.
ETA: is it wrong to wonder if Sam will die before he finishes his most important book?

LF was going to march the Knights of the Vale to Sansa's aid without any "reward" from Sansa, so why does she think she needs to entice him with a promise of a reward now? She could've just said that after thinking it over, she's willing to give him a chance to prove that he is still looking out for her by marching on Winterfell. Why mention a reward?

So this episode features the writer's favorite sequence in 6 seasons of this show so far.
Had to be the Arya scene. I think we're gonna look back and appreciate it a lot more once we figure out the ruse.

quote:My crackpot theory of the day is that that was the Waif wearing Arya's face. She was setting her up by being obviously seen booking passage home to guarantee that Jaquen will order her death. That was Jaquen who stabbed her. Then again, the whole theory that the waif and Arya are the same does make sense if she is to gain the ability to change faces. Killing Arya and leaving only the waif is her passing the test.
I just finished rewatching and paid closer attention to Arya. She was definitely acting out of character. And where did she get all that money?

That's what I thought too... she just wanted some action and the best option at the time was a female whore. Plus she was probably trying to provoke Theon.

yeah I always thought Yara sexuality was just kinda everywhere
her and Theons relationship is a bit...odd as well
she did grab his dick

What if it is to Sweet Robbyn? He would certainly want a "reward."
