You are way too into your own theories to be able to Tell people not to pick it apart
You can't write paragraphs of fanfic over and over and then not expect people to find and tell you the holes in it

And it'll a little difficult for them to kill those men in iron suits with freaking arakhs, which are slashing weapons that aren't going to cut through armor. Not to mention that the Dothraki believe wearing armor is cowardly, so the armies of Westeros won't have the same problem.
I agree with this. The only thing they have going for them will be running down the enemy on horseback and potentially knocking armor off of them and putting them on the same level.

How do my theories change the fact that I and most posters here think its a good season? Yes, I write theories, but how is this a newsflash for posters here?
I've been writing them since 2012, and now I just have the show to use as my court. The only thing that has changed is how far into the series we are. Sorry, but I like theorizing and bringing new ideas to the table. If you doubt them, give me reasons. Don't be a downvoting pussy and tell me where I'm wrong.

I peeked in there long enough for them to call this the worst episode of the series and worst season, then slowly backed away.

Except for reasons that can be pointed out in the trailers right?

But the armies in Westeros have cavalry as well. Plus, you can't just "knock" armor off of someone. It has to be unfastened at stuff.
Their only real chance is if their bow and arrows can penetrate armor. I bet this will be the case, or it'll be pretty anticlimactic when Dany finally reaches Westeros, only to have her army kicked back into the sea.

Absolutely. The Dothraki will serve as an amazing light cavalry/screening force, but she will have to rely on the houses like Martell, Hightower, and Tarley (if Tyrells are still allied with the Lannisters) or Tyrell (if something happens to Margaery or Tommen and the alliance is broken) to provide Knights and heavy infantry... The backbone of an army from a medieval-based time period.
I feel like Dany keeps getting into trouble because she doesn't understand the cultures of the people she's trying to lead/rule and she keeps making promises she can't keep.

I wonder how she expects the Dothraki to tear down the stolen houses without siege weapons.
Posted on 5/30/16 at 8:10 pm to jmarto1
She told Tyrion she expects the other houses to blindly follow her once she gets there.

I bet some will follow instead of getting toasted by dragons.

True. But she's got to learn how to control those dragons first. She seems to be making headway with Drogon, but the other two aren't going to be trained while they are hanging out by themselves in the basement.

Shark, I appreciate all theories no matter how cracked.
Even a cracked pot has some value.

She should handle it like the targs 300 years ago did. Bend the knee, swear fealty and you keep your land they might make you a warden.

I don't understand the point of the whole meet the parents scene. Was it just to put the magic sword in sams hands? If so what was the point of the whole thing about not being able to take his family to the maester academy?
he knew his father would flip out and he knew he couldn't take her with him. If all he wanted was the sword why not stash Gilly and the kid and just go get it?
