Gotcha. Did that come from the Inside mini-show that comes on after each episode? I usually don't watch that.

So maybe this has already been discussed in previous threads and I missed it, but is the show about to make it so that Sansa wrote the Pink Letter?
That is a stark sigil that she put on the bottom with her name. The Pink Letter in the show is Ramsey announcing that he has Rickon, "come and see". That letter is probably going to a few small houses that they trust to try to call them to Riverrun to help Blackfish or call them to another meeting spot to gather.

Yeah I hadn't gone back and freeze framed that sigil yet. The little one was getting fussy when I was watching it the first time so I only half paid attention and thought it could be hinting at her doing something shady to push Jon to action.

quote:He first appears to Sam and Gilly when they are fleeing the wights after the Craster's Keep incident. He takes them to the black gate at the Nightfort and tells them to bring Bran and co. to him bc he is waiting for them. He then guides Bran's group to the 3ER.
So you guys have knowledge of Coldhands even though Bran's story is now past the books. How and when was Coldhands introduced in the books. Was he there to help Bran as this Benjin/Coldhands hybrid appears to be? I like the fact another Stark has shown up even if he is mostly ice zombie.
I think he's definitely not Benjen in the books but that doesn't rule out Benjen having the same process done to him.

Book coldhands saved bran and co and helped them get to TER but he couldn't go in the cave with them
The COTF said he'd been dead a long time so it's assumed he's a different character than benjen even though I always wanted it to be him

Gotcha. So in the books it was Bran, Meera, Jojen, Hodor, and Coldhands that journeyed to meet the 3ER. Does he work for the 3ER or is he a merc type?

What are the chances Jon let's Sam become Maester of winterfell?
Posted on 5/30/16 at 9:39 am to OMLandshark
He does talk about his dick a lot.
I find it odd the Ironborn couldn't give a shite about someone being a Kingslayer or Kinslayer. They have zero honor.

This is a minor point, but is it implied that the Sansa actress hired the Faceless Men to kill the Cersei actress? I'm curious how the hell she could afford that, even though she wasn't all that big of a target.

I feel like there's more than one way to pay the faceless men.

I agree. I'm hoping it was a setup just to test Arya's loyalty because I really hope the faceless men are more than just fricking Sale Swords with spooky powers.

I think they are setting up that Benjen/Coldhands serves the three eyed Raven, and they haven't explicitly said it yet, but Benjen seems to have some kind of connection with the three eyed Raven, Night King, Children, and the whole green seeing mindset now. Will be interested to see how that all connected.
Edit: also the fact that he's a stark and the theory that there is an ancient connection between the Starks, Children, and NK might be some kind of possibility.

The Faux Sansa chick does have amazing tits so I can see doing it for a piece of that.

"Do you like pretending to be other people?"
Even if it was a test, I don't think we'll ever know it.

This is a minor nitpick, but did anyone else think it was a little silly the Waif was there without changing her face, first? Even if it was harder for viewers to recognize.

Not sure what she could pay them. She's only like 18, so unless its like her parents or child, I don't know what she could have given them.
