That's a big reason why I don't believe it's Sansa, she just doesn't do stuff like that. She's weak.
Plus, she has no way of obtaining poison.

Was reading an article and accidentally scrolled down too far and wouldn't you know the VERY FIRST comment was some a-hole book reader that intentionally spoiled for the fun of it.
That's how I got the Red Wedding spoiled, FWIW - I didn't get Purple Wedding spoiled until about a month ago - as that term is mainly a TV watcher term (apparently the readers don't call it that, or at least not as universally as Red Wedding was) - don't get me wrong, I've known Joffrey was going to die for a while, but the "when"
was not spoiled until recently, and I actually didn't get the "how" (poison) spoiled.
And I actually started thinking that was it for Tyrion...

That's why I just assume that every single person dies eventually (and not by old age, I mean), and that none of anybody's plans are gonna come to fruition.

The only people I'm betting on are Jon Snow and Dany - I assume nobody else survives the civil war/winter/zombies/dragons, etc.

Ever since they killed Ned stark, I didn't think anyone was safe.

Yeah, except Bean dies in everything - the casting director must have known.

Yup..as soon as I saw Sean Bean, I figured he dies at some point.

The Starks get shite on the most and will get the least amount of revenge

Okay - it is spoiled for me, but I'll do an objective analysis:
Then honestly you shouldn't be posting here.

So who will be king now?

I'm usually good at avoiding spoilers. I had absolutely no idea that either wedding event was going to happen but I screwed up this time.
The spoiler ahole was obnoxious too. The comment was:
"It was (insert name). You'd know that if you read the books :P."
They need to DIAF.

His analysis spoiled nothing, he's fine.

Tommen and Tywin will take over as protector of the realm until he is old enough probably.
Boys come before girls in the line of succession, but girls can still inherit. A girl come before her uncle or cousin in the line of succession. Only the Targaryens and the Greyjoys forbid girls to inherit. This is why Sansa is the "key to the North". Since Bran and Rickon are thought to be dead, Sansa gets Winterfell. This is why Shireen is Stannis' heir.
They are 3 succession systems in Westeros:
1. Firstborn child takes it, whether he's a boy or a girl (used in Dorne)
2. Boys comes first, but if there is no male heir alive, then girls inherit before her uncle and cousin (Used everywhere in Westeros other than Dorne and Iron Island)
3. Girls are forbid to inherit (Greyjoys and Targaryen).
The line of succession is:
1. Robert
2. Joffrey
3. Tommen
4. Myrcella
5. Stannis
6. Shireen
7. Renly

Tommen "Baratheon" - with Cersei as Queen Regent and Tywin as the hand.
Nothing changes, except Cersei and Tywin will have more years to be actually in charge.

Basically - if I'm looking up something specific - something I missed, or whatever, I say, "Okay - I'm risking spoiling it for character X - if I want to know this, I'll have to live with it."
So, I end up picking up spoilers after the fact, like looking up what happened last night during the episode, ended up spoiling the culprit in Joffrey's regicide.
Sometimes it is okay - like something that is in the book, but not the series - I can live with that all day.
And that's why I try to issue a warning, although I'm not spoiling anything - I generally only post things I understand from actually watching the actual show. That's why I have to avoid the middle ground thread - for my own protection.

Joffrey takes a drink and sits it in front of Olenna (old lady).
This simply doesn't happen. I've watched the scene about 5 times now. He hands it to Margary and she puts it down on the table behind her, a different table than the one where Olenna is sitting.

I think Grandmother Tyrell was definitely involved because you can plainly see her rip the jewel off. It seems like someone as rich as her would pay someone to do that sort of thing, though. She definitely didn't act surprised or shocked and her screaming just seemed like acting to me. I dunno.
I wish the killer would turn out to be Tommen and it's revealed that he's 10 times more evil than Joffery but much smarter.
That would be cool.
I got so excited at the end when Joffery was dying. He reached his hand out and pointed and I thought he was summoning Margaery to his side. I was so happy to think that Cersei would be fricking devastated but it only lasted a second. Too bad.
