"A bee bit my bottom! Now my bottom's big!"

Lisa: "I'm going to become a vegetarian."
Homer: "Does that mean you're not going to eat any pork?"
Lisa: "Yes."
Homer: "Bacon?"
Lisa: "Yes, dad."
Homer: "Ham?"
Lisa: "Dad, all those meats come from the same animal."
Homer: "Oh, yeah, right, Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal."

kid on desert island- "I'm so hungry I could eat at Arby's"
That is one of my favorites.

Also, from same episode:

Hey Homer word to the wise: season pass!

It pays for itself after the sixteenth visit. You know, most people don't know the difference between apple cider and apple juice, but I do. Now here's a little trick to help you remember. If it's clear and yella', you've got juice there, fella. If it's tangy and brown, you're in cider town. Now, there's two exceptions and it gets kinda tricky here...

Smashing Pumpkins ask Homer if its ok to drink the water in Springfield.

We got a little rule back home: if it's brown, drink it down; if it's black, send it back.

"22 Short Films About Springfield" is a top 3 episode for me (along with "You Only Move Twice" and "El Viaje Misterioso de Nuestro Jomer "). So many good quotes in that. They come hard and fast. Almost every short story has at least one amazing line. I'd basically have to quote the entire episode there's so many.

someone else already mentioend it but pretty much any scene with Hank Scorpio is gold.

Homer: Sir, I need to know where I can get some business hammocks.
Hank Scorpio: Hammocks? My goodness, what an idea. Why didn't I think of that? Hammocks! Homer, there's four places. There's the Hammock Hut, that's on third.
Homer: Uh-huh.
Hank Scorpio: There's Hammocks-R-Us, that's on third too. You got Put-Your-Butt-There.
Homer: Mm-Hmm.
Hank Scorpio: That's on third. Swing Low, Sweet Chariot... Matter of fact, they're all in the same complex; it's the hammock complex on third.
Homer: Oh, the hammock district!
Hank Scorpio: That's right

I was in Hanoi some years back. Every street is it's own district. Like, there's the sewing street, or the tv remote street, or the door handle street. It is amazing how specific each street is. Every time we'd turn on a new street, I'd say to my wife that I hope this is the hammock district. After a day or two, she was about ready to punch me. Sadly, I never found it.

Moe: "Back when I was Kid Gorgeous, everybody wanted a piece of me. But, somehow, I just never made it to the big time."

Homer: "Why not?"

Moe: "'Cause I got knocked out 40 times in a row. That, plus politics. You know, it's all politics."

Homer: [glaring] "Lousy Democrats."

Grandpa is getting royalty checks for itchy and scratchy episodes that were written by bart and lisa

Bart: "Didn't you wonder why you were getting checks for doing absolutely nothing?"

Grandpa: "I figured because the Democrats were in power again."
