Completely underrated
Just a perfect movie of this genre
Studios like Amazon and Netflix should concentrate on making 10 of these mid-level movies instead of 1 shitty blockbuster "comedy"

I absolutely love this movie. Not because it was great in any way, but because I absolutely love the idea of sailing around the Caribbean and just taking off to another island on a whim. If I had the funds to live that life, I would be gone tomorrow!

I was absolutely in love with the daughter. She was my first crush. I probably watched Captain Ron two dozen times in the early 90’s.

Yeah it was a great movie. As a young kid, I thought the daughter was nice. I wonder if she was ever in anything else?

Yeah I watched it Sunday. Love that movie as a kid. A bunch of my favorites as a kid are on there right now. Rad, Dirt bike Kid, Monster Squad.

I remember laughing and rewinding the scene where the belt sander turns on and shoots across the roof knocking him in the water. Fun movie for sure.

Captain Ron is that movie that came on HBO every day that you watched when you were home sick from school. A classic.
