Directed by David Leitch, the filmmaker behind “Atomic Blonde” and “Deadpool 2,” the film is based on the book “Maria Beetle” by Kotaro Isaka. It follows an unlucky assassin (code name Ladybug) whose latest mission puts him on a collision course with lethal adversaries from across the globe. That this all happens largely on a speeding bullet train in Japan makes the fight all the more difficult, but this new trailer shows Pitt’s character keeping a swell sense of humor in the midst of the violence.

Watch the new “Bullet Train” trailer above. The film also stars Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Andrew Koji, Hiroyuki Sanada, Michael Shannon and Benito A Martinez Ocasio (aka Bad Bunny).

Would be hilarious if it was Paper Boi on an Asian tour caught up in the middle of this

This looks like a fun, turn-off-your-brain-and-beat-the-summer-heat-in-theaters, way to spend two hours

There’s a fun comparison to be had between John Wick and Pulp Fiction. Both turned out to be surprise contemporary hits that turned into every single studio and actor trying to recreate that same formula for the following 5 or so years (and longer in a more subtle way)

Every generation has this I guess in some form. Spaghetti westerns in the 70s for example, Interesting that John Wick is one

i thought it was really good - one of my fav movies Pitt has done. it did have a semi-deadpool 2 feel, in regards to humor.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson

Where’s this guy been?

I assume he’s still married to that older producer or director lady he met on a past movie since his name is still hyphenated.

I wasn't planning on this one but we got free passes to the early Tuesday showing in Dolby. It was a good time.

Going tonight to see it in GPX. really lookin forward to it.

*. I liked it. Will def watch again on digital. Kinda like kill bill meets Deadpool in a way. I liked all the Japanese effects . Some really cool kills and awesome bits of cinematography. If you try to take it too seriously you’ll be in for a bad time.

The only reason I can fathom this move isn't rated higher is the snobs that thumb their nose at any movie that doesn't have some intricate story.

This was one of the more entertaining and enjoyable movies I've seen lately.

They could make me a movie centered around Tangerine and Lemon and I'd go see that
