Costner has had the highest highs but probably the lowest lows.
I’ve liked many of his movies but found he never had much range.
Bridges is probably the best actor in the group.
But my personal favorite of these is Russel. The Thing and Big Trouble in Little China are probably my 2 favorites from any of the three.

Another for team Russell though Bridges is not far behind.
Doesn’t hurt that from all accounts and every interview I’ve heard, Russell just seems like a good dude

Kevin Costner:
The Untouchables
No Way Out
Bull Durham
Field of Dreams
Dance with Wolves
Robin Hood
JFK
A Perfect World
Tin Cup
For Love of the Game
Hidden Figures
Draft Day
Jeff Bridges:
Heaven's Gate
Tron
Against All Odds
Starman
Jagged Edge
Tucker
The Fisher King
The Vanishing
Blown Away
The Big Lebowski
Arlington Road
True Grit
Kurt Russell:
Escape from New York
The Thing
The Best of Times
Big Trouble in Little China
Overboard
Tango & Cash
Backdraft
Tombstone
Stargate
Breakdown
Death Proof
Bone Tomahawk
Bridges has the most range of the three. My favorite movie from that whole list though is Big Trouble in Little China.

I loved Costner in Bull Durham & Field of Dreams, but Russell has been in so many movies that I liked. Tombstone was better than Wyatt Earp so I'm going with Costner.

Gonna cop out. All three I like and all three have had great careers.

Even in some of his other movies such as Captain Ron and Overboard that didn't do well at the box office, he was pretty good.

Definitely think Mr. Brooks, Open Range, and Thirteen Days deserve a mention.

Interesting comparison. Bridges the oldest (b. 1949) and Russell the middle (b. 1951) are both "Hollywood Royalty" with famous acting fathers. Costner (b. 1955) didn't really hit it even semi big until he was damned near 30, while the other 2 were acting as children.
Also, while Bridges and Costner are native Californians, Russell was born in Massachusetts. Russell and Costner were both serious jocks, too, with Russell even pondering following his father's footsteps (professional baseball then acting) until an injury sort of forced the issue and sent him back to Hollywood.
Russell is arguably the last big star "discovered" by Walt Disney. His father's connections didn't hurt getting him started, but Disney himself was convinced of his future success when he was still a teenager. Bridges probably can't remember a time when he wasn't acting, while Costner didn't catch the bug until college.
Costner had more direct control of the peak of his career (director/actor/producer), but I doubt Russell was ever pushed around in Hollywood or forced to do anything he didn't want to. Bridges, either. All of them seemed to chart their own course, reasonably conscientiously, with very little sign of just "paycheck" pictures (*cough* Pacino, Deniro *cough*). Russell is probably the biggest star of the 3, but that wouldn't have been true at the time of "Peak" Costner. Bridges' career always seems to be in waves.

It’s Captain Ron for me. Not to sound like an idiot, but the camera really does love Kurt Russell. It doesn’t matter who else is on screen with him, he seems like the star.
Guy is just absurdly good looking I guess.

“You gotta be f’n kidding me”
Really like Russell and Bridges a lot. but I gotta give the edge to Kurt. A distant third would be Costner.

I actually like all 3. Costner has had the bigger name value and blockbusters of course.
But Bridges is my favorite of the 3 especially in the “cynical” roles like Hell or High Water and Fisher King.

shite, I just typed out "Costner due to his deep sports movie collection."
then I looked at Russell's collection overall:
-miracle
- escape from NY
- Tombstone
- Thing
- Big Trouble
- GoG 2
- Backdraft
- Stargate
- Best of Times
That's a great filmography
Costner would have:
- Tin Cup
- Field of Dreams
- Love of Game
- Bull Durham
- Waterworld (yeah, I liked it)
- Mr Brooks
- Robin Hood
- Open Range
- Dances with Wolves
- Untouchables
- Yellowstone
I think I still go with Costner but it is a lot closer than I initially thought.

Kurt Russell just for longevity. He has been acting since he was a kid and is still relevant
Good range too, went from the Computer in Tennis Shoes to Snake Plisken. Great portrayal of Herb Brooks and Used Cars is a classic.
