Original Power Rangers was solid.

Some great ones mentioned already:
Salute Your Shorts
Gummi Bears
Fraggle Rock
Ducktales
I think my GOAT may be TMNT.
Some random others that I loved as a kid:
Sesame Street
Today's Special (this one isn't GOAT, but I have very vivid memories of it as a kid, and I loved that show).
Muppet Babies
Pinwheel
The Chipmunks
I never watched it much, but Eureeka's Castle was pretty catchy.
Jabberjaw
The Snorks
Scooby Doo

My kids get crunk during the Bluey theme.

I've always been a fan of Hey Dude
It's a little wild and a little strange
When you make your home out on the range.
Start your horse and come along
Cause you can't get a ride if you can't hold on.
Singin' yippy-kai-aie-ay,
(Yippy-kai-aie-what?)
Like the cowboys say,
(Sing it again now.)
Yippy-kai-aie-ay,
(Get along little doggies.)
Till the break of day.
(Better watch out for those man-eating jackrabbits.)
(And those killer cacti.)
(Hey Dude!)

There are some great ones already mentioned! The most GOAT intros have mostly been covered. Here are a few greats that have not been mentioned.
You Can't Do That on Television
Count Duckula

Battle of the Planets (Don't come at me with that weak-arse G-force 90's bullshite).

I prefer the original al Gatchaman songs from the 70s original. Or the 90s OVA.

One of my mom's cousins was married to a Japanese woman.
One Christmas in the early 70s, she gave me a 45 rpm record of a bunch of anime theme songs.
This was on it.
Unfortunately, the version used in the show (and on this video) cuts out the entire second verse and the rockin' guitar solo before the final chorus. But it's still freakin' awesome
