I think Ana Gasteyer is very underrated personally.

Both are great. Amy Poehler and Kristen Wiig are right up there as well, imo.

Kristen Wiig is gonna be the most popular answer, but I liked Molly Shannon.

I don't even recall seeing her tonight? I missed the first 30 minutes though. Am I crazy?

I'd go with Gilda Radner. Honestly, Fey isn't that good of a cast member, and her contribution to SNL is more on the writing side of things than the acting. Can think of several actresses I'd put above her in the SNL hiarchy, but not one that I'd put over her in writing.

Rey was more a writer than performer. Without the update thing she did she would never have had air time. Wigg or Shannon for sure

Clear #1

I always favored Julia Louis-Drefus.

Never really watched during the Tina Fey era and never really cared for Tina Fey.

She is the best.

Loved Hooks, though

Anna Gasteyer or Rachel Dratch were really underrated. That cast of women with them, Poehler, O'Terri, etc really blows the shite out of any other female lineup as a whole though.

Radner was hilarious when she was on.

1.) Gilda Radner
2.) Jan Hooks
3.) Michaela Watkins (She could have been in the Pantheon, but I think Kristen Wiig had her pushed out after only one season. Watkins came in beasting on Wiig.)

Gilda is the sentimental favorite, but I think Wiig is the best female cast member of all time.

I would marry Tina Fey or Kristen Wiig.

There's a couple of funny girls I've dated that every time I see Fey or Wiig it just reminds me of them. They have the kind of personality that drives me wild.

(Emma Stone & Amanda Peet do that for me as well, but they are not on SNL.)
