Makes you wonder how they're going to fit everyone on the real poster

I didn't even recognize Cap for a second. Was wondering how I had missed a character in the movies.

Yep Stark isn't making it out alive
most logical for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is he will serve as "Uncle Ben" for Peter Parker with Spidey taking Stark's lead role in phase 4 and beyond

why is black widow gray haired?
so if Thor is aimlessly floating through space, safe to assume Ragnarok does not end well?
Which side is Loki on here? Was he handing the cube over to Thanos?

thinking more about Loki, the tesseract is on Asgard. I could see Loki helping Thor and Hulk defeat Hela, then turning on them. That would explain Thor out in space and Loki in possession of the tesseract. In that scenario he would be on Thanos' side i'd assume. Although maybe not bc that would require Loki helping defeat Hela who certainly in on Thanos' side.

well I think Loki is still in debt to him from the first avengers

Has this actually been addressed yet by Marvel? Is there an end game...ever?
What I mean is, while I agree "killing" major characters add real weight, but we all know that if you kill off your characters eventually the story ends. What's great about these stories in the comics is that they NEVER end. They keep going and going. And because they're drawn, recasting is as easy as redrawing them.
I assumed once they cracked this code of universe building that they were going to go the route of recasting from time to time as need-be as actors grew too old, no longer interested, died, etc. Essentially James Bond everyone. Sure...you give the character a time-out, or say allow Bucky to be Captain America for a film while you recast Steve Rogers...but eventually Steve Rogers is back as a new actor and the story keeps going.
Same for Tony, and Thor, and everyone else.
Anyone know?

I don't get the logic behind a studio not releasing an official trailer once its shown at SDCC. They know people are going to see crappy leaked versions.
I think that may be the point. They gave us a little, watered-down taste then cut off our supply. We now know it's out there and we want more.
Later they come in and give us the full version and everyone orgasms.
They release another one or two trailers then the movie itself hits and sets new weekend box office records.

I'm thinking they "defeat Hela" by the skin of their teeth and it's not even that great of a victory. I'm thinking Hulk plummets to Earth while Thor is sent out to space. Loki survives but gets owned by Odin and banished. However before he leaves he takes the Tesseract

Was Ant Man omitted from the poster, or is he microscopic and playing Where's Waldo?

On Stark's right shoulder.

no idea but following this event
I don't think it'd be the worst thing in the world to stray from the connected universe thing. It'd give you the freedom to jump around and tell isolated stories without worry or concern of how it affects other movies.

Is Odin even alive right now? Did I miss something in a movie or something? I thought Loki was posing as him in his place?

Probably a sure bet that's not how Ragnorok ends or how Infinity War begins. More likely something happens at the beginning of IW that sends Thor hurtling into space.

Loki pledges to help Thanos get the tesseract. Thanos shows up, Thor tries to defend. Thanos gets it, shoves gem into gauntlet, goes ham on everything.

Isn't Thanos the Father of the 2 Chicks in Guardians of the Galaxy?
