The more I think about it the more time may be a factor. They really did emphasize it in this story, and there are indications that IW2 will take place over a decade in the future.

That would lend credence to the "Cassie rescues her dad" theory.

Cassie will be a teenager in IW2 and Tony looks to be older as well. Scott will be the same age. That time vortex Janet mentioned will likely come into play here.

Ghost was pretty lame in this movie action-wise. I didn't feel like she utilized her powers very often. She did that cool thing where she put her fist through Hank's throat, but then she never did anything like that again. She was just kind of a standard baddie. Her powers were basically just occasionally bein able to turn invisible.

I wish she had had some cool action sequence using that whole "her cells exist in different states of reality" thing. Maybe have her grab multiple people with the same hand or something.

Watched it earlier with my son. He enjoyed it and it was an enjoyable movie for what it is. It is a summer movie with comedic parts and with quick fight scenes and gadgets. The one thing that I found disappointing was the lack of a true villain. I knew “the ghost” would end up being helped in some fashion of her situation at the end. Burch seemed over the top and was not even the top guy as he worked for someone else. Overall it was ok but felt a better villain would have made it a better superhero movie.

I saw it this morning and I thought it was an improvement on the first one, with in my opinion is in the lower tier of Marvel movies. It was a fun movie with some good laughs and decent action. The villain sucked, but the movie as a whole was less about stopping the villain and more about saving Janet.

I loved the addition of the nerdy FBI agent and Walton Goggins. And for the 2nd movie in a row I thought Michael Pena stole the show. Luis cracks me up in every scene.

Honestly the only reason I went to see this in theaters instead of waiting for it on digital was to see how it would tie into Infinity War, so the ending did not disappoint. I'm looking forward to seeing how Scott escapes the quantum realm and how those time vortexes that Janet warned him about come into play in stopping Thanos.

So I didn’t watch in theater...

Did I miss Scott getting caught in quantum realm in post credit scenes? The last thing I remember seeing is the pyms throwing a house on a sweet piece of beach front

Yes, the mid credits scene shows Scott going to the quantum realm with Hank, Janet, and Hope ready to pull him out when the snap happens, all 3 of them disintegrating, leaving Scott stuck.

Yeah I'd imagine that he gains some type of powers like Janet appeared to

One has to wonder how the house gets sewage and water, but being that he invented a way to go into the quantum realm to rescue his wife, I’m sure he figured it out.

My wife was wondering the same thing.

We decided there must be some sort of internal system at the bottom of the house.

If you like Hannah John-Kamen (Ghost), you really need to watch the series Killjoys. She's the main character.

i guess i'm just not that big of a fan. I didn't even think of IW during this movie. Then at the end when they turned to dust i was like "oh shite the snap !"

Good fun movie. I enjoyed it. Went Friday night and the place was packed. Contrary to some of the other posts i've read.

She's in two episodes, but it was Fifteen Million Merits, not San Junipero. She was Selma Telse, the first winner of Hot Shots.
