I agree that would have been awesome.

The movie was terrible but my 8 yr old daughter enjoyed it, so there’s that. I like Moana and Frozen and my wife and I generally enjoy animated movies. But this one was dreadful. My god the songs were bad. The animation style was dull.
Any wokeness of the plot was not noticeable to me bc the characters were all so dull I don’t even remember the plot.
The characters were all very very diverse though, of course. FWIW. It was set in a medieval-type kingdom somewhere in the Mediterranean and “people came from all over the world” to make it magically diverse I mean for a better life.

Where are our resident woke defenders?
You just know that the Sammys and Jays on here cringe and die a little inside every time more shite leaks from their side and they have to mount the ramparts to defend this idiocy. Must be exhausting.

They still deny “wokeness” or that diversity quota casting exists. They’ll argue that Cleopatra was black instead of just acknowledging woke casting is here.

and I'm sure some people will come in here and claim that others are idiots for accusing Disney of "wokeness" and explain it away how this has nothing to do with that.
Most of them will always do this no matter what, can’t expect otherwise.
A few may admit its garbage.
The rest will just evaporate until the next thing.

Is this Disney’s take on The Crusades?

Disney is like the Texas A&M of entertainment, outspend just to underperform. Also, they're a cult.
And love the gays.

Well, I guess that's ONE strategy to hide such things within a movie.
Make it so boring folks are asleep by the time it shows up on screen.

lots of that going on in today's corporate america

YouTube had a video short, a untitled female employee openly & bluntly bragging that "I try & bring queerness into every Disney production".
