If Ohio State was in Orlando, I'd go to it. And I believe I'm going to the Michigan game.

Outback - unfortunately might be the bowl LSU lands in

this is where I hope we go if we get left out of the BCS. got plenty of friends there and I would rather be in Florida during the winter rather than Dallas

3rd highest SEC Bowl slot, not a bad place to be - Raymond James on NYD on ABC at the same time as ESPN's Cap One Bowl. Brings back the memories of playing Syracuse there on 1-1-89 just after the Lockerbie tragedy, where so many Syracuse students perished. I was there with my Dad and it was his last LSU game before he passed away the day of the 1989 game with Florida.

Its amazing how much the media is all over BSU and TCU's arse. Why didn't Tulane get this kind of love when they were undefeated a few years back? I guess it wasn't the in thing at the time.

I'm hoping ND can win the last two to get to 7-5, which would put us in the Champs Sports Bowl.

There is something both sad and funny about a ND fan saying this... ND hoping to close out strong to make the Champs Sports Bowl

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact both teams were undefeated last year or built track records the last couple of years

Sugar will NOT pick Boise or TCU. They feel they have done their fair share with Non AQ teams 2 of the last three years (Hawaii, Utah).

Not happening again, trust me. Sugar will be BCS conf vs BCS conf- PERIOD

Sugar Bowl really does get the shaft fairly often. Hell, if you wanna go back a little farther, Notre Dame probably didn't deserve to be in it in 2006.

Just a horrible BCS lineup IMO.

Yeah, its really getting the shaft to get stuck with ND, that's why they are the first choice among the BCS bowls when they are eligible.

Ok, that was a bit of a stretch lol.

But they sure did suck it up in that game.

Not really they were leading at the half. FWIW.

If i remember right it was 14-14 at half. I was there and it was amazing how badly LSU manhandled them i the 2nd half after a not so great 1st. Also a lot of people were more concerned with Saban going to Bama which was announced that morning.

I think it was 14-13 ND and LSU scored 28 2nd half points to win 41-14. A BEATDOWN for sure but, IMO LSU was the BEST team in the country at the end of 2006.

You're right, I should say I hope we go 12-0 somehow.

In Boise's case, over the last decade. Boomer Sooner?
