Well, if it comes down to a 2-loss SEC team or a 1-loss Ohio State and Auburn loses to Bama and beats SC it could happen.

I don't think that's the choice.

I'm amazed these people think the Sugar Bowl will take Boise over Ohio State. That said, maybe I'm reading it wrong, but I thought only 1 AQ was guarenteed a spot. If Boise gets an spot by finishing in the top 3, why wouldn't the Rose have to take them?

tcu is done. they have 1 game left against nobody and the polls have already punished them.

boise has 3 games left, 1 against a very good nevada team that will probably end up ranked 15-16 after this weekend.

The polls punished them for winning by 5 and Utah getting pummled by Notre Dame. They will not be punished again, unless they struggle with their last opponent. No matter waht Boise does, they will not be 2 spots above TCU in the polls, it will come down to the computers. Boise could get a bump if they beat Neveada and Nevada keeps winning from the computers. will it be enough? People with more credibility than you don't think so.

Very good? Why not call them great? Ranked 15-16? Why not put them in the top 10? I'm certain they have beaten at least one team with a winning record this year.

Sat, Oct 2 @UNLV W44-26 Sat, Oct 9 vsSan Jose State W35-13

Just like TCU and Utah. Utah was propped up to be a strong team, they were ranked in the top 5, and they got trounced by a good team. Then they play an average team and get trounced again.

I vote for Jacksonville State for the BCS Title game. They are undefeated, who cares that they play in Div 1-AA. The Boise and TCU lovers have told us that schedules don't matter.

makes me when people make cases for tcu or boise.

and as for them potentially beating any team in the top 5, that really is irrelevant.

it's about what you have done, not about what you could do.

seriously look at their opponents. i'm not saying i dislike them, i just think that they don't do enough to warrant "best in the nation" talk

that's a different division. Boise and TCU are undefeated playing D 1 teams.

SOS is why they are 3 and 4, not 1 and 2.

What I don't understand is say Auburn loses and does go to the sugar bowl, how in the frick does LSU still not get into a BCS bowl at 11-1?
