the Bengals might be the worst in all of football with how little Mike Brown cares about winning. All the other owners hate Mike Brown because he does nothing to build up or promote the Bengals brand and the NFL. He just takes his payout from the league every year and spends as little on his team as he can.
Dude bought "rolexes" for his entire family as christmas gifts and they were actually fakes.
They don't have a full indoor training facility.
He cuts every corner you can possibly imagine. Former GMs and confidants have said they were flat out told by him that he doesn't care too much about winning and wants to spend as little as he can get away with, all he cares about is that revenue share.
Poor Burrow.
Goddamnit.

They also only gave the players 2 jerseys. Once they ripped, tore, you either patched them together, which some players did, or paid for new jerseys.

Shocked no one mentioned the Redskins yet.
-Worst owner in Football
-Owner acts like Jerry Jones with downs
-Worst fan experience in the NFL, bar none
-Spectacular history of ineptitude since making it to the promised land that one last time seemingly by accident
-Huge splash trades and drafts that make no sense (Haynesworth lol Junior Gallette lol for example)
-Willingly cucked their team name for no real reason other than virtue signaling and capitulation
While they have some Superbowl wins, the Redskins have been run in spectacularly terrible fashion for 30 years.

The Redskins and Jets are so much worse than the bengals.
Being cheap is one thing, being completely incompetent is another. The redskins and jets are completely incompetent. The Bengals have been to multiple playoffs this decade. It's time to stop pushing the narrative that they're the worst franchise in the NFL because it's a built in excuse for Burrow. I'd put them over the Lions and Browns too if we're talking the last 10 years.

Pretty close. Which is weird considering that that town, my hometown(Pittsburgh), boasts 2 of the best franchises in their respective sports in the Steelers and Penguins who have won 5 titles between them since 2006 including the same year(2009).

Texans have to be top 5. Bad team, no 1st or 2nd round draft picks for a couple of years, & bad contracts

If you're taking into account what the team should be and what they actually are it has to be the Knicks.
Jets should be a lot better but they're a little brother franchise. Knicks are the legacy NBA franchise in NYC (where basketball is extremely popular) and haven't been better than BKN in years. People that remember them in the 90s know how popular that team was when they were battling MJ and the Bulls.

Bengals. Mike Brown and family are horrible but don’t care because they can’t be fired. Worst owners in professional sports right now. They won’t even hire a GM and don’t have a scout department. Watch the 2009(10?) hard knocks. It’s crazy how cheap this guy is. Up until a few years ago our players had to buy their own jerseys(I guess this could be the case for several teams but not sure).
Edit: I’m a Bengals fan so I’m biased.

Arsenal aren't close to Schalke or many other teams. Portsmouth, Bolton, Stoke, Sunderland. The list in soccer is hundreds of teams.
ETA: Real Madrid and Barcelona are teams with limitless resources and they are in crappy shape. When Real Madrid doesn't get out of the UCL group stage, that is a massive failure.

I'd rather an incompetent franchise over a incredibly cheap owner that doesn't care about winning.
An incompetent franchise that is willing to spend money can eventually hire the right people.
If the owner is incredibly cheap and doesn't care about winning, it doesn't matter who you hire, you will always be at a disadvantage.

Bengals. They don't deserve Joe Burrow.
