It’s got to be the Jets right? In NBA it’s the Pistons, baseball the Pirates and soccer Arsenal.

Pretty close. Which is weird considering that that town, my hometown(Pittsburgh), boasts 2 of the best franchises in their respective sports in the Steelers and Penguins who have won 5 titles between them since 2006 including the same year(2009).

Yeah, the Marlins literally just made the playoffs and are one of the better young up and coming teams in the sport.

Angels and Rockies are a mess in MLB as well despite having plenty of individual talent. Angels have a new GM so maybe things change there.

The Angels are a shot show with the amount of money they have spent. Maybe with a true spring training and reg season with Madden will make a difference.

The Jags suck but at least their owner pretends like he wants to win and spends like it, the Bengals might be the worst in all of football with how little Mike Brown cares about winning. Dude bought "rolexes" for his entire family as christmas gifts and they were actually fakes.
They don't have a full indoor training facility.
He cuts every corner you can possibly imagine. Former GMs and confidants have said they were flat out told by him that he doesn't care too much about winning and wants to spend as little as he can get away with, all he cares about is that revenue share.

My vote would be Knicks.
They have the worst ownership group in professional sports and that translates to the on-court product. Some of these small market teams (esp in baseball) will always be behind the 8 ball on being competitive.
