The fifth down game was the worst officiating blunder in the history of sports.

I’m not a Braves fan but they got fricked hard by the infield fly call in 2012

Meldrick Taylor / Chavez fight stopped with 2 seconds left is controversial.

Pippen phantom foul against the Knicks game 5 . Perhaps cost the Bulls an ECF/NBA Finals trip with Pete Myers replacing Jordan.

I am no Brett Favre fan, but the Saints repeatedly laid cheap shots on him in the 2009 NFCCG.

Roy Jones Jr in the Olympics and the "every game counts except when Bama loses" do over in 2011 need to be added to this list.

That fight was just fixed. One blown call is one thing, but that was 3 rounds of domination ignored.

1st base ump who robbed a guy of a perfect game a few years back. Wasn't even that close of a play. Just awful.

The 1972 basketball gold medal game deserves special recognition.

The Russians kept missing the shot and the FIBA head kept putting time back on the clock for more attempts. The one where they finally got the winning goal had an illegal inbounds pass due to a foot on the baseline.

The US team voted unanimously to refuse silver medals and a number of the players who have died had it written into their wills that their estates can never accept a silver medal from that game.

Immaculate Reception

Regardless of whether it hit the ground or not, rules at the time stated you could not catch a pass off a tip of your own teammate

1995 Iron Bowl. This was called out of bounds in the final seconds. Auburn won by 4

Something like the Fifth Down has to be #1 because it's not a judgment call.
