I haven't watched ESPN programming in months. Nothing political about it, just no sports to watch, so why bother?
I stopped watching the Travel Channel when they stopped doing travel shows and started ghost chasing.
When ESPN has sports on again, I'll go back to watching it.

I’ve said many times none of the sports or news networks give af about ratings. If you have the ability to watch CNN, ESPN, FOX, NBC,......etc....they are getting your money regardless of your viewership. I don’t think they’re even worried about cord cutters either. The ultra wealthy people that own the networks won’t starve and they’re not going to stop the ideology.

Calm down, man.
ESPN took a 62% hit in April, 2020 vs April, 2019 due to Covid.
The point is they've been suffering a large decline due to Covid that Travis avoids mentioning because he wants to lay it all at the feet of politics. It's that level of intellecutal dishonesty that I have an issue with.

Weren’t suffering their lowest ratings in history until the moment the George Floyd stuff started blowing up and they started addressing it, this is not a coincidence I mean heck NFL suffered a 19% decline in ratings during the Kaepernick bullshite. 19%!
Also you’re making that up, Travis isn’t avoiding any of that he mentions the pandemic and all but you can’t assess such a massive ratings decline and act like it’s all a coincidence other than clearly correlative to sports networks peddling political bullshite during the same time as the Floyd stuff. The political talk isnt helping things and is actually hurting them. Avoiding the Wokecenter aspect is more intellectually dishonest than you can ever accuse Travis of acting. It also goes to his larger point: sports need to resume fast.
