Madison Bumgarner.
Dude is almost 7 months younger than me. No one born between January and July 1989 has ever played in the majors...
ETA: Put in 8/31/1988, and got Rick Porcello. So between Sept 1988 and July 1989, only 2 future major leaguers were born.
